Terrible customer service, unreasonable. Definitely would not recommend if anyone suffering from mental disorders or disabilities because this place is not understanding at all. Brought my mental state to a more worse level. There is definitely better horse riding facilities out there. Some instructors are rude and I do not think they are professionally taught how to teach. Not to mention that as soon as I put up my negative review they got people to give 5 stars to bump up reviews. Really shows that they don't care at all about their customers and the management.absolutely ruined my horse riding experience.

DONT go here. It’s so bad they don’t listen to any problems or issues you have and the instructors are rude and unhelpful.go somewhere else if you don’t want your experience to be absolute dooky.

This place is disgusting.
No consideration for peoples feelings, instead they abuse the students they are meant to be teaching.
Absolutely no understanding on people's mental health or any evidence of them even caring. Let alone trying to be aware. It's honestly disgraceful.

I love this place! I have been here for nearly a year and it is great.i have had my own horse and they really cared for him. Defienently recomend!

My review got taken down. But absolutely do not recommend this place. They don't care for the horses unless it's their own school horses. And they certainly don't care for the people riding either.

I've ridden at a few other riding schools around the area, and I must say I am absolutely blown away by Wandin Riding Academy! I have been riding at WRA now for just over 2 years and the place is absolutely amazing! The facilities are stunning, the school horses give such confidence boosts for riders of and ages and abilities, and the people are all really friendly, and you don't feel the discrimination of not knowing anything because you don't own a horse! Not only did the academy help further my riding skills and confidence, but they also supported me through buying my first horse and gave valuable advice to ensure we got the best fit. Would 100% recommend, there isn't another riding school like it.

We stayed in the B & B for a couple of nights. Its a wonderful location and the facilities were great, so many yummy extras. Angela was a lovely host, couldn't do enough for us, made us feel really welcome and gave us lots of great tips of things to do in the area. I highly recommend.

My daughter's attended several schools in the area and tbis one is by far the best. Well organised, very professional instructors, great atmosphere. Also great facilities for parents who are waiting for their child.

Great riding school! Learnt so much at WPRA!
School horses and ponies were taken care of very well, most of the staff were friendly, some press your buttons. Owner can be a bit rude to new comers.
Over all WPRC is set in a lovely area and I can say that I learnt most of my skills in riding and prepping for a horse there! Would recommend it for all levels of riding and any ages!:)

Amazing and profession riding school with experienced and qualified instructors. The school horses are great, perfect for beginners all the way up to advanced riders. My daughter started riding at 8 yrs old and is now competing at grade 1 pony club!

Everyone that works here is lovely, lovely school horses but be aware of the owner she's awfully rude and unprofessional!
