Wallpaper Brokers

I believe this shop got new owners recently.
I got a shocking customer service there and wasted $20 without actually getting anything. Hope they make a good use on my money, but they already lost me as a customer on just my second visit. In Australia, we don't do business like that.

To further clarify what actually happened, I picked three already open rolls to chose from as I needed only one, and asked for a price.

In my presence, a girl working in the store called the previuous owner and asked what would be the price for an open roll. The answer was $20. No Christmas topic was in discussion.

I paid for the roll and a pack of glue and left the store.
As I said before, the roll was open and cut unevenly, so I had to cut it evenly before using.

I cut about 50 cm of length and placed it on a wall to check whether it's a good match for the wall color, and unfortunately it was not.

The next day I brought the roll back and asked to swap it with the other open roll of a different color I saw yesterday, and said I would pay $5 for the 50 cm I used.
The answer was no.

I asked for a refund, because I brought the roll back.
Again, the answer was no.
I left the roll and walked out of the shop.
I am very keen to see your camera footage, showing me throwing the roll, otherwise I would expect a formal apology from the store.

I understand the intention to put a blame on a customer, however I can provide a proof - a small piece of the unevenly cut roll that I had to cut even before cutting my 50 cm sample. I still keep it and I can present this piece to the shop guys, if it helps them to remember the true story.

Again, in Australia we don't do business like that and twisting the truth doesn't help to build clientele.

Last year I have given all the measurement, and they calculated, told within 2 weeks we deliver to you: took 4 month and finally two third of wallpaper was extra and didn’t accept. These are no problem, but The attitude of the lady working was rather rude and arrogant, she was thinking the shop is boxing ring. Very disappointing.

My daughter and I were in this shop yesterday, Wednesday 9 Dec. The attitude of the lady working was rather rude and arrogant. Towards me we noticed that an age discrimination attitude was shining through. Very disappointing.

The staff are very helpful and patient in giving all the attention you need to select the right wallpaper.

Staff was incredibly helpful with our in store consultation, we are are so happy with our product which has totaly transformed our room!

Disappointing, frustrating & expensive experience. We provided measurements and ordered from initially friendly & helpful staff but after finishing the job realised they had clearly miscalculated & over-quoted leaving us with an over supply, in fact double what we needed. We informed them, provided photographic evidence & requested refund for unopened product. Unfortunately, in spite of clear and irrefutable evidence, they denied any error or accountability and refused to refund. No doubt they'll have the final word here and continue to deny error or accountability. Poor business practice & ethics.

Staff always keep the enthusiastic attitudes and patience with customers. I must give thumbs up to them

The way they serve customer is professional and helpful. The website is very attractive and very easy to access to look for something I want. They have varieties of styles, colours and textures for your demands.

Huge selection of wallpapers in stock and available to order. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need wallpaper this is the place to go!

Terrible service. The words the Customer is not always right came out of her mouth. Ordered and paid in full for wallpaper and was told it would take a week, 2 weeks later rang and was told it would be another 4 weeks. No apology -. Up side I got my money back.

Wallpaper Brokers have a huge range and were able to order in exactly what we were looking for. Staff were really knowledgeable and gave us some tips on how to put the paper up. We were also able to buy adhesives and sponges from here for a reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit:)
