10Unbelievable rude service on the phone. Couldn't be bothered in helping me, I was looking at seeing what brands of oilskin they had and sizes to buy in store instead of purchasing online, pretty much told me to just come into the store as she was too busy with a shop full of customers. Being 4hrs away, I rather just buy online now.
Excellent store with the usual brands RM's etc. Good staff and reasonably priced. A place of frequent shopping for us
This is my favourite place to shop. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist you. A must stop if you are nearby.
The service was above and beyond excellence, very polite helpful and they knew what they where talking about will go back again
I spent 200 dollars on an Akubra Hat yesterday. I felt the Assistant could have been a little friendlier

Bought a good hat, service was good, nothing fancy, get in and get the job done approach. Which I like.
The prices were way below what I expected to be paying in Mildura, and the owners service is brilliant.
Small but extensive range of those Iconic Australian brands such as Akubra, RM Williams and Drizabone. Also stocking Wrangler and a great maker of western boots that I cannot recall the name of.
Staff were helpful and I will be a future shopper when I next get back there.
