Wallan Fruit & Veg

After our 8k walk we stopped at baba sweets in wallan for some samosas, we were welcomed by the wonderful and friendly Jaspreet! We got our samosas and my goodness they were AMAZING! We also ordered some daal curry, cheese curry and they were incredible we also got the milk cake and that was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to dinning in again!

Wanted to put up this review since the shop opened but never got a chance to ask the servers name.
Good food, amazing service by 2 staff members always- Jaspreet and Pawan.
Jaspreet understands the importance of customer service and therefore makes sure to advise and provide you with the best of her services.
Never disappointed when these two ladies are serving as they make sure tables are waited and cleaned asap. Though apart from these two other serving staff needs some training.

My rating would not be good and I would not recommend anyone.
I purchased Jalebi for Diwali and it was not fresh.
Unfortunately, my partner has been vomiting since eating that.
I was fortunate that my child did not have those Jalebis
Our Diwali celebration was ruined.
I request that the food not be sold if it is not fresh or safe for consumption.
The consequences of such an action are never known in advance.
I ended up throwing in the bin.

Super tasty, great price. The staff were very helpful with the menu (we were not familiar with all the dishes), will be back for lunch again!

The best Indian restaurant in wallan in terms of traditional Indian cuisines. Especially the cholle samosa is very tasty.

I love shopping here, the staff are always super friendly and there is a great range of fruit and vegetables, much cheaper than the supermarket and good quality

Unfortunately the quality of fruit and vegies are not so wonderful here. Bought potatoes here and the following day they were green and soft. Waste of 8 dollars.

Fresh products. Good price. Wish they had spinach, bitter gourd, cooking banana and more variety of veggies.

We went to Wallan Fruit & Veg for the first time today. They service was great, the lively guy working there gave my son an ice cream (asking my permission first), he also carried my bags out to the car because I had my pram with me. The beetroot and red onion were slightly soft, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I went in after being told they do phone and smart device repairs. I was seen immediately and was surprised to discover that not only could they repair the screen on my tablet but that it would be done by the next day, and at a very reasonable price.

After leaving the shop i realised that i hadnt saved my pics on the device to my computer yet. I was very concerned that i would lose my memories. I messaged George, AFTER business hours, to ask if my device would need to be reset. He immediately replied to me and he eased my worries. Not long after that, he messaged me again to say the job was done and that i could pick up my repaired tablet the next day.

Fantastic turn around time, great price and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their phones/tablets or smart devices looked at.

Good prices, bit lacklustre in fruit and veg, but for spice peeps who like middle eastern without having to go into Melbourne, this place helps. Would love to see such a business specialising in the cultural foods of the owners.

Old fruit and veg I bought corn peeled them back and some were black inside all of them were dried out and not eatable bought a bag of washed potatoes in the pink bags cut the bag open and the potatoes are as green as my grass, almost no refrigerated stock at all
On a positive I do like the idea of the fresh orange juice machine that makes it for you.
As for the quality of produce I would call this a fruit hospital it’s were all the sick and old fruits go

Fresh veggies + they have really good display - nice and clean. Recommend for daily needs of freshness.
