Awesome service and good prices. I have getting back into film after a long lay off and these guys have been brilliant. Super fast fulfilling orders, and next day delivery! Highly recommended.

Visited yesterday to buy a camera and some film and it was such a good experience! The boys working behind the counter were super helpful and the shop is so nice!

Asked why the price advertised on their website was 7 dollars cheaper than at the store. Got the rudely toned response “if you can buy it for that on our website, good luck to you buddy”. Unfortunately customer service is extremely pretentious and self important.

Passed by the store today and saw two staff members present with the doors open. Asked them if I could quickly ask a question in regards to an invoice for a camera that I had dropped off over the weekend to be developed. One staff rudely ushered me away and told me she was on break, whilst the other behind the desk barked she was too busy to answer questions. First time customer and won’t be coming back, staff are rude and clearly have better things to do than serve paying customers.

I’ve ordered film a couple of times and it’s always been a really easy, efficient process. The packaging is super cute too!

Just got my 1st film back from Walkens, taken with my 50 year old Rollei 35 - I know its partly the camera's doing but very pleased with the results, brilliant colours and definition and excellent service.

Holy Dooley that was fast - Melbourne->Brisbane overnight. Very well priced and stocked considering the current shortages.

I have just returned to using 35mm film after many years of digital happy snaps - Walkens is an excellent and prompt film development/delivery business - I will certainly continue to take advantage of their service.

I've never set foot in this store, as I'm 1000 miles away, but they have been exemplary shipping me film in well-packaged boxes and with generous expiry dates. Prices are just and quality excellent. Additionally their boxes are fun, and you can reverse them and ship rolls back for development, with their address already printed. Brilliant! Better box design than even Apple) And you get a cool sticker with your film order as well. Guys, you are brilliant, keep the film coming

The only time I’ve EVER gotten a response from them was in regards to stock becoming available again, so their only interest is potential customers. Once you’ve paid, they really could care less.

Queued for 20 mins with one person in front of me to grab one roll of film. Could’ve taken 20 seconds, but instead had to pretend I’m invisible while this chick behind the counter lazily and casually indulged every question to a ridiculous extent.like some part of the artesenal shopping experience is deliberately being made to wait.

Kit was absolutely amazing help in finding me film for my brothers camera as a gift. As a film noob myself he explained the differences in the stock and answered any questions I had. Will be back (hopefully for film for my own camera) Thanks so much!
