Amazing customer service! Rene always has a smile when I walk in and has helped me above and beyond! I would definitely recommend coming to these guys whenever you guys want to do anything to do with decor. WOULD DEF RECOMMEND 10/10!

Purchased Isabella dressing table. Pretty disappointed in the quality. Had to glue front back onto drawer and tidy up paint work. Extremely light weight and low quantity material used. Welds in metal stand also terrible. From a distance looks good…up close cheap.

Bought dining table and wooden frame chairs 6 months back (mid Aug’22), one of the leg of one chair broke in normal use, contacted waitrose as the furniture was still in warranty but they dont want to replace it even after I shared the video evidence of no physical force has been applied but post that no reply from them.
Quality is not worth it (if a chair cant even last 6 months), they dont even respect the warranty, not happy at all with the service, a very dissatisfied customer, never going back to them ever again and not recommended at all.

Reply to your below response: I do agree you helped me with the 1st chair and I never lied to you about it as to how the head of the chair broke.
Even for the 2nd chair I didnt lie to you, atleast Believe your customers, you infact mentioning I bought the 2nd chair to your shop and you saw the snapped leg are you serious? , I never bought the chair to your shop I just sent you the picture and just by looking at the picture you said a big NO. And darling it is really broken from the joint, it is literally broken from the leg and seat joint I can see the pins hanging which joins the 2 parts. Atleast you should have shown a bit of concern to see the chair and then judge in place of flatly refusing.
Also the chairs are not a solid timber 20kgs, they are to be specific only 8.5 kgs.

Furniture I bought last week was of great quality at good price.
Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality experience.

Poor service. I purchased a coffee table 16 days a go and still not delivered. I have called a few times and they don't even pick up their phone. They only answered my first call and and promised to deliver on Sunday but nothing happened. Now they even don't answer my call. I said I will wait till 12 AM for Sunday delivery. Why you didn't delivery today?

My wife & I bought a furniture set, a TV bench, a Bedframe, and a Toilet table from Waitrose. Although the quality of the product is good, there are lots of hassles involved. We are truly dissatisfied because:
1- Very poor scheduling & delay in delivery;
2- The boxes didn’t have any label so that we couldn't know what is inside before opening it up;
3- From the beginning, we informed them & emphasized that the bedframe & toilet table are required to be brought up one floor. By the time of delivery, there was only one person that could barely speak English & he wasn’t aware which boxes do have those in them.
4- Just imagine receiving a few of your order in a wooden frame that you must saw! Yes, that really happened as they didn't take off the wooden frame as the package originally delivered from china (see photo). Literally, they are just like a mailbox;
5- Very poor installation instruction;
6- Two bed legs were missing! We had to come up with an idea to install the bed with what we could find in Bunnings;

Great place for purchasing new furniture and home decor. Refreshing designs and colors. Excellent furniture quality and I found their price is much cheaper than most furniture shops in the area. Happy customer.

I have to say that as a service industry, I really think you guys are the worst. From the beginning of the promised early October delivery delayed to the end of November and became December, until today are late delivery. There is no compensation just said a thank you for understanding. I can only say that I really do not want to understand and can not understand why you can do so badly, home delivery is still only one person, must ask customers to help carry together, then ask me to serve so expensive shipping costs for what? Very rotten, simply rotten to the point of not even answering the phone?
