Cannot say enough great things about Wade Smith Plumbing. Found out we had a major gas leak, they responded quickly to check it out and stayed to fix it that same day. Really professional and courteous tradies. Two thumbs up and nothing but gold stars from us.

Easy and quick to work with. Professional and do a great job. Had someone over to do quotes on a few jobs and he spent an hour with me checking over everything, even climbed into the roof. Will continue using them as go to plumbers

From my first phone call, explaining my issues, the delightful Office Staff, listened and heard and understood what my problems were - with my Shower and Toilet.
And a day and time was made for the plumber to attend.
I received a text to let me know the Plumber was on his way, and he arrived right on time.
Jack arrived with his huge smile, with his fantastic Apprentice and a lovely Work Experience young man.
All got straight into assessing the shower and toilet, and worked hard to fix both.
They kept me informed and were just so lovely and respectful.
They knew exactly what they were doing, and when they had completed the repairs, they even cleaned up after themselves
What an Absolute delight these happy, friendly and bright, hard working plumbers are.
As are the loveliest ladies in the office.

We had an urgent situation on a Friday afternoon, one quick call and the boys were here within the hour. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend Wade Smith Plumbing.

Wade Smith plumbing really deserves to be highly recommended.
From the very efficient Chelsea in the office through to the experienced and polite tradesmen Troy, Lachlan, Tom and Mark to name a few. On time, every time with our kitchen renovation.
The General manager Tom is really a huge asset to this business. He was very understanding and professional to deal with, being patient and taking time to discuss any queries we had.
We are totally satisfied and will have no hesitation to use again.

We had Joel Maskell & the roofing crew replace our roof recently. The customer service was outstanding & this was matched by the workmanship.

On an elevated block 16yrs ago a side extension was done to our driveway. The concreter in securing the sloping formwork had driven a Star Picket some 1.5mtrs into the ground and unknowingly pierced the top of sewer pipe below. Its took 16 yrs for some small soft roots to get in to present a blockage.
The Team at Wade Smith were just excellent, re rapid response, rapid diagnosis and repair. Before they even dug they suggested it could be Star Picket damaged.
The onsite lads together with the ladies in the office work as a team to help you rapidly, even text the name of the first plumber coming and arrival time in a few minutes. The invoice is detailed in costing and fairly priced.
Your a credit to your Trade and to our Town.

As I sit here watching the rain outside I am reminded to review Wade Smith Plumbing. I recently had a job completed involving location of a blocked storm water drain and then diversion to another drain.
As usual the booking was efficient and punctuality was perfect for two visits. I think it was Lochie located the pipe with total precision.
Hamish and Ed are two quiet achievers who did the diversion. It was a pleasure to watch capable and professional workers get the job done quickly and to high quality. Hamish has much experience and is always thinking about the best way to achieve a great result. Ed is still an apprentice but is already an excellent contributor.
These two worked through lunch time but they did appreciate a coffee at smoko.
The job proved to be more difficult than planned due to two other pipes being adjacent and needing patching. Extra supplies were delivered promptly.
The clean up was impeccable.
I hesitated, but did ask Hamish to fix a poly plumbing leak on our pump mid job which he did without hesitation.
Great Australians working for a great company.

Exceptional service. Called at mid day and they had a plumber around by 3.00pm. He asked questions about what exactly was going on to determine the fault. Found the issue and fixed it and made sure to explain what was going on and cost effective options to solve the issue. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again if I need

I had water through the back of the house due to nordcon not completing the Estate drainage properly. I called Ross and he and his boys dropped everything and came fixed my drainage problem quickly before the next lot of rain was due. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ross Smith again. He was a real life saver.

I had two jobs completed recently by Wade Smith Plumbing. I was very satisfied with both jobs.
First, I am very impressed with the SERVICEM8 management software that is used. This company is expert at managing staff, scheduling jobs and communicating with clients.
I received reminder telephone calls regarding work as well as text messages. All the office workers I spoke to were friendly and capable.
My only negative is that the emailed invoice does not have a link for credit card payment. I obtained this after telephone calls and it was sent within seconds.
I understand that credit card payment may not be encouraged but it is a fact of life these days.
I discovered a secret! AMEX is accepted when using the payment link.
I found the charges to be very reasonable.

Blocked storm-water pipes job-

Two friendly guys. Ramesh was short and very energetic, the other was much larger and more laconic in nature.
The equipment is very impressive. Dedicated unit for this work. High pressure hose and camera.
I had two blockages. Unfortunately, the first could not be located and I asked the guys to call it quits after exploration as the outcome was not critical.
The other blockage was repaired and I watched the progress on video.
I recommend Wade Smith for this work but be warned it can be messy, invasive and of non certain outcome.

Roof leak, gutter replacement, leaf guard installation and down-pipe addition-

There appeared to be no hesitation by the staff in appointing old man Ross Smith for this job. Don't under estimate the smarts of this humble and quiet gentleman.
Ross diagnosed the leak quickly due to years of experience. It was repaired by REMOVING silicone and replacing unsatisfactory flashing.
Also, a replacement gutter, gutter shield and down pipe
were installed.
Ross loves his job and is a perfectionist. Little things like installing pipe clamps at same height on each down pipe are important.
Ross attended with young men who are very fortunate to be able to learn from him.
I suggest bringing Ross out a freshly brewed coffee to keep up his performance and to have a chat on very diverse topics.

These guys are fabulous! Ross is outstanding to deal with, his expertise in his field is extremely impressive. We get him at work to do the gas plumbing stuff, his work is outstanding. The staff in the office cannot be left out, they are always helpful. Most dealings I have are with Tara, she is an absolute gem.

We can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Wade & his team were so professional when recently assisting us - they are an amazing local business who have built a reputation on hard work and quality workmanship and service. Their experienced staff (admin & tradies) recently resolved a complicated plumbing issue quickly & efficiently while showing empathy during a tough situation.

I get them to do all my plumbing jobs at home and on the farm. Efficient, friendly, fair priced, reliable. Old fashioned service in an industry that lacks it.

Over the past few months I have used Wade Smith Plumbing for a number of different jobs. These included a couple of plumbing repairs and the plumbing of both water and gas for a kitchen installation. I can not recommend them highly enough in attitude, reliability and the quality of work. Right from when you first contact them the ladies are on the ball in regards to understanding what you are asking for, booking appointments, rescheduling when necessary and thankfully had lots of patience in regards to my kitchen install that required multiple calls to get everything done. When it comes to the plumbers it was fantastic to see them with great attitudes, where nothing was too much trouble and they prided themselves in the quality of the work. Reliability is second to none when it comes to notifications regarding appointment reminders and when your plumber will arrive. An extra big thank you to Lachie for the excellent install in the kitchen.
