4 Terrible machines, even worse service.
Husband bought this for his business. Rust on the engine, nuts and bolts are just dropping off, oil leaks, Tracks keep coming off, it’s a brand new machine about a month old. It can’t even handle simple tasks. Don’t waste your money, he has a Terex Posi track and swears by it. Wacker Neuson is the worst brand I’ve come across.
Very poor help and customer service, will never by another machine of there's!
Worked there for 30 plus years then sent a pom in to take over went down hill. ALL THE ARSHOLES ALL DECIDED TO TURN LIKE LITTLE SHEEP TO SCARED TO WORK IN THE REAL WORLD YOU ALL NO WHO YOU ARE, BHAAA
I sent a enquiry in for a price on a new purchase on a vertical rammer and to see if I could trade our old one in, only to receive NO response at all, so they are obviously making to much money to not respond to someone wanting to spend around $3K.
