For some reason this agent got their own contacts, they can even arrange you an interview as soon as the position released before listing on market, they are effiency and tbh it's all high quality employers they been deal with.
I won't have chance to work in my dream job without Madison's help, she's lovely, professional and patient, shes not only represent her employer, but also care about applicants wellfare and privacy, she knows who will be the best fit in role.

More sales agents than human resources. I felt very pressured and rushed by them. Incentivized by their own agenda rather than placing the right candidate. Daniel became very aggressive when I explained that I was interested in pursuing other prospects. Appalled when he forced me to explain myself and then presumed to talk over the top of me. Even went as far as saying "I'd be blacklisted". This bullying tactic doesn't fly! Complete lack of respect!
It made it very hard to pursue the role at Ray White Epping! There are far more professional recruiters out there!

Great first phone call with lots of positivity & Rob gave me hope that I could secure a great new role. Then.silence. No return calls. Nothing. 2 weeks later, I sent an email asking why no contact. Received a reply from someone else, and was told Rob was on “leave” and will attend to me the following day. 2 weeks later I’m writing this unfortunate review. From a candidate perspective don’t hold your breath. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

My dealings with Shannon from the get go has been outstanding. Open and consistent communication which was fantastic. Highly recommend W Talent to anyone seeking a job in the real estate industry.
