Premium gelato, but the line is out the door peak season on a hot day. If you've got small kids get the takeaway tubs.less mess!

Such friendly staff. Best ice cream on the Peninsula. We visit at least 4 times a year and never disappointed. The crostoli are amazing.too!

My family and I have been coming to this ice cream shop for many years now but there is this one woman that makes me want to stop coming! Her manner is quite rude, not friendly at all, to the point where I want to walk across the road and go to mubble!

Staff always friendly, great selection of flavours. A bit pricey (but I don’t mind paying for good quality products.) Will be returning in the future.

You know the gelato is unreal when you totally forget to take a photo! Our kids absolutely loved this shop and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed gelato and donuts from here during our holiday earlier in the year. They have a few picnic benches outside you can sit on or go for a walk with your desserts.

The best ice cream! As always! Our young girls basketball team had their first win yesterday. We took them there for a treat. They were so kind and lovely with the mayhem of the whole team and parents trying to decide what they wanted. And then generously gave all the girls an ice cream voucher for their win! Thank you so much, you made their day even more special.:)

They hv a lot of varieties and my favourite rum n raisins good coffee n friendly service.

I love their ice cream, the only time I have an issue is when the Tourist season kicks in, we then have to wait over 30mins in the queue for an ice cream cone & on occasions they run out.

I ride from Capel Sound to Rye just for my ice cream, bearing in mind I have a gelato bar around the corner from my house, but this joint is THE BEST, good prices too!

Tonight when me and my family went the Customer service was above and beyond like always, the young bloke that served us was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations.

Great coffee and even better Hot Jam donuts, the ice creams looked delish with lots of varieties, (be hard to know which one to.pick) lovely clean shop and friendly helpful staff,

Great gelati! I'm never disappointed. We always endeavour to drop in for great gelati.
Must admit, disappointed other day when trade hours had not been updated online so drove up to find doors shut after 7pm.
Returned following day for my favourites.

Very average gelato since the change of ownership and ridiculously overpriced…$16.50 for a tiny takeaway box you must be joking!

This is what I call REAL Gelato.
Absolutely delicious, creamy, stretchy and smooth gelato is exactly what you'll get at Vulcano.
There is a variety of common and unique flavours of yummy goodness to fix your sweet tooth. There are also heaps of really delicious looking donuts and classic Italian desserts which add to the Sicilian theme of Vulcano.
Wonderful staff who are really generous with servings so you really get your money's worth.
They are also open late and trust me, the night-life here is the best experience. Music, seating areas and lights create the most amazing night vibe for a chilled summer night.
Highly recommend this beauty!

Was on my holidays and I dropped by this gelato place.
Not only was the gelato delicious and fantastic, I have got to say from my years in hospitality experience I am very impressed by the two boys with their customer service skills.
They were respectful, interactive, made sure you walked out with great tasting gelato that you would like, attentive and just simply nice.
I wish this business many years of success and will definitely come back when I make a trip to Rye again!
I recommend the ferrero rocher, limoncello and i did try their signature Vulcano, delicious and not at all overpowering of sweets. Well balanced.

Great service, but that mango sorbet is actually trash it’s tastes like eating an orange peel.sorry love u guys but it’s bad
