Vue Windows

I had all my home windows replaced by Frank and his team in 2018 and they still look and operate the same as the day they were installed. They double glazing has reduced noise and heat throughout the house.

All our windows and doors were replaced by Vue Windows and it is the best thing we could have done. Frank and Renato were extremely helpful when initially coming round to measure up and suggest what we should be looking at. The team who installed our windows and doors were amazing and were very professional and did a superb job. We had quotes from other companies who advertise offering huge discounts - they were however much more expensive than Vue and the salespeople was very pushy. There was no pressure from Frank and Renato and we would highly recommend their company.

Frank and his team cannot come more highly recommended. We have just replaced all our home windows with double glazed uPVC windows. Given the significant nature of the job, we obtained multiple quotes from other uPVC manufacturers. We eventually went with Frank for the following reasons (in no order of importance) : (1) no sales talk or hard sell from inexperienced sales reps. Frank himself came to do the measure and quote (2) competitively priced – no gimmicks such as an inflated price followed by a massive discount if you confirm quickly (3) Aussie made products with suppliers who stand by their product. The actual installation itself was massive job which took over 3 days but it was professionally done by Frank’s installation team (Chris & team) like clockwork. Any mess was kept to a minimum, there was a high level of communication and support and the windows were perfectly installed. We are very happy with Vue Windows in every aspect and would highly recommend them!

Great experience with wonderful people. Frank is a nice person to deal with, he and the ladies in the office provided clear information and high level of communications and support through all the steps. Excellent installation job done by the technician Chris and his team. The product (uPVC double glazed windows) itself is high quality. Will definitely contact them for future jobs.

We recently installed a 4.3mtr Triple-sliding double glazed sliding stacker door / windows supplied by Vue

The thing that attracted us to Vue versus their competition was the quality of the product being German-made and polyurethane type product versus aluminium others were quoting
It was obviously superior being double glazed heavy, solid and looks magnificent.

The challenge then was installing these massive doors which required structural support changes

Well that’s where Ren and Frank come into their own working as a team to provide an outstanding product and build

Don’t be deceived their quote process isn’t as slick as their competition but their pricing, end product, build quality and the after sales service have been outstanding

Thrilled from start to finish. I bought a sliding door and window and it looks amazing, have had many compliments. More importantly, it lets in loads more light and is far more efficient in terms of keeping the temperature in the room. Also thought it was well priced for the very high quality product. Throughout the early decision making process there was no pressure to buy and always our decisions drove the project - unlike some competitors we looked at!

We compared a few products and had a personal recommendation from a family friend/recent Vue customer. No one came close to Vue in price, quality and reliability to answer our questions within 24 hours. Similarly, once commissioned, the process was very efficient and effective.

Having now had the windows fully installed, we are more than happy. Nothing was too much trouble and the respect for our satisfaction and house cleanliness were exemplary.

The view and clarity of glass has exceeded our expectations and probably also added considerable value to our home - so no surprise we are very satisfied customers who thoroughly recommend Vue windows.

The team were fast and responsive, however they were slow to decide to return my deposit when they found that the window was too challenging from them to complete. 6 months later I asked for my deposit back. No offer to return it earlier and say it was too difficult/too big - I am very disappointed with this reaction. These guys are probably great for smaller easier installations. I dont recommend them for anything in an apartment block or where the windows panels are considered "commercial" size as mine were. For domestic windows and doors, I am sure these guys are fine.

Frank and the team at Vue Windows were courteous, prompt and updated us regularly to advise of the progress of window production and installation - and now we have great looking double glazed windows!

Our experience with Vue Windows has been fantastic from start to finish. Frank gave us great advice when we visited the showroom both times, and our research found their product to be the best value (we thought) for UVPC double-glazed windows. The crew that installed the windows, led by Mike, were a well-oiled machine! They took great care when removing the old windows, without loosing efficiency, and installed the new windows cleanly, accurately and without fuss. The whole process went smoothly, and was finished in 6 hours (we had 6 windows, one of which was 5m wide, so not small). We are very pleased with the service from Vue Windows and are happy to recommend them to others looking for high quality double-glazed windows with great sales and installation service.
