Emily Saaen is an incredible singing teacher. She has so much wisdom and is so encouraging. I have really appreciated the sessions with Emily and feel so much more confident as a singer. Thank you, Emily!

Absolute love my singing lessons at Vox Singing Academy. My teacher Peter helped me improve my voice for live performances and studio performances, helping me improve my pitch, vocal runs, vocal endurance and helped me find my authentic tone that I’ve been searching for. Highly recommend lessons from the academy

Emily is the best you could ask for in a singing teacher. She has been a professional singer for years, is highly talented and competent, engaged with the world of singing and music, and is always supportive no matter your level or goals. I highly recommend Emily if you want to not only learn or advance your singing but enjoy the process.

Had to give that one star just to leave a review, but they absolutely deserve nothing. They made a wrong booking and made us pay for the lesson without looking at the teacher's schedule or proper communication with their teachers. After taking our payment for the lesson, a few hours later, they informed us they got the teacher's dates and availability wrong and so they will have to find for a new teacher on a different date and time which no longer suited our needs. The dates were much later and we were unable to wait. If we had known before this we would not have gone ahead with the booking and contacted elsewhere. So as it was a mistake on their end, I asked for a refund but they refused to do so. The staff even lied about us not communicating our specific needs to him which we certainly did as we were in urgent need to look for a music teacher. Nevertheless, they made a wrong booking without checking dates and availability properly and therefore error was on their end. Thus, it was just fair they refunded our money. However, despite many phonecalls and explanation to them, they refused to refund us. All the staff were extremely ignorant and unsympathetic to the fact that our hard earned money was just taken by them just like that and simply said there is nothing else they can do except for giving replacement lessons or gift vouchers for the amount we paid for. Why would I need replacement lessons from them after the mess they did and after such bad service I received? Furthermore I had already found another music teacher as we needed one urgently. And what am I going to do with their gift vouchers? I insisted to the manager that his options are of no help to me and I just want a refund due to the error they made. But the manager simply said these were the instructions from the head of the company and that they were told not to contact him for any further refund requests! When I reiterated to him that the mistake was on their end and not us, he even nonchalantly said, "well people make mistakes. " Am i suppose to lose my money for their mistakes? I am shocked by their ethics! They said I can go ahead and take whatever action I wish to after this and I told them I would be making a report with VCAT and the police about this. And only after I mentioned VCAT, the managers calls me back and said they have decided to refund the money. He then makes the transfer without checking the name of my bank acc and when I asked for the receipt of the transfer, he ghosts me and never got back to me. Totally unbothered to retain customers or students and willing to damage their name and reputation by treating potential customers such. Music teachers are suppose to do work with passion and love, but there is nothing fruitful you can possibly get out of such money minded companies. Pls go somewhere else, plenty of better teachers and music academies out there who do their work with true passion and not just for money! Glad I dotched a bullet here!

I’ve been going to Vox Brunswick for about 4 months now and love it. I started off pretty anxious and shy vocally, but the teachers make you feel really comfortable and safe. Would recommend - it’s well worth the investment to get real lessons. Regan is a great dude too

I recommend Vox Singing Academy very highly to anyone looking to improve their vocals. I am doing lessons with Peter Vox through Skype remotely and I have to say that the experience has been fantastic. Peter is very astute at identifying areas of my vocals that need improving and he has provided me with some really useful vocal scales and exercises to do at home. The fact that he also records some videos and audio for me to practice in my spare time is a real bonus with this process. I give Vox 5 Stars for a reason - they are well worth it!

Photo says it all. They sent an email for people to post FAKE five stars and reviews. Utmost shame and low reputation. How would any unknowing costumer choose to go to such lame ‘academy’?

After a few lessons with Peter I'm amazed at how quickly he can assist with technical and confidence issues specific to individual needs, then finding quick effective ways to improve. Thanks Peter Vox for all your help)

I’ve been learning to sing with Vox for 5 months now and I’m absolutely loving it! Although I often get nervous before my lessons, they have ALWAYS been the best part of my week and I leave feeling more motivated than ever. From the very first lesson, my teacher, Emily was open and honest with me, creating a more than professional relationship before asking me to open up and be vulnerable with my singing. Now, I consider her a friend as well as a teacher and I have improved on everything I thought I needed to as well as things I didn’t even know needed work! Thanks to the combination of training from Vox and my own dedication to practice I’m on my way to performing my own music for the very first time. I’m so grateful to Vox and to Emily in particular for pushing me and giving me the confidence to finally pursue my dreams!

This is where you go to get an awesome voice and all of the confidence that goes with it. I could be sitting at home letting anxiety take over and feeling too afraid to let my voice be heard.instead I'm preparing for my next performance and I couldn't be happier!
