From the very first contact, with Sophie, when she came to our home and assessed the area and our solar needs, right through to the install of the panels, we found Vortex to be professional, friendly and very helpful.

We were very unsure what we required when we started our solar venture, and we’re very pleasantly surprised that the only thing we needed to worry about was accepting the quote, Sophie even came out to assist with the application for the rebate.

The installers worked swiftly and professionally and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.

Before finding Vortex I was so confused about solar and then a friend recommended them to me.
They were super fast at responding and explained how their design would work for me in a way I understood. They also helped me save money on my bill even before I installed the system.
The guys were very professional when they installed the system and afterwards Sophie showed me through the monitoring so I know how and when to use electricity in my home now.
I'm not so scared about rising electricity prices now and am planning on adding a battery soon.

Excellent service! Prompt, professional response from sales consultant who conducted a very informative home visit. Very quick and efficient organisation for the installation of our solar battery system. The Vortex Electrical tradespeople who completed the work were terrific - personable, competent and did a comprehensive clean-up. The system is working beautifully and we are most impressed.
