I had the pleasure of picking up my brand new car from Volvo Doncaster this morning. Dom was genuinely the best sales person I have ever dealt with. As a female, you don’t always get respect when looking for a car but I must say I never had this issue with Dom or anyone at Volvo Doncaster, in fact the exact opposite. The care, respect and personal touches like picking a personalised number plate for me without even asking were next level and very much appreciated. This experience was everything you wish for when buying a luxury car and I will 100% recommend Dom to friends and family. Thank you Dom and Volvo Doncaster.

Such great customer service at Volvo Doncaster from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Reception staff, to Andy who is an impressive Sales Consultant who really spent lots of time with me and was a pleasure to deal with. On my next visit I again struck the same great customer service and decided to purchase. Carol as Delivery Co-ordinator was efficient and friendly and, on pick up of vehicle, Domenic did the in-depth hand-over and again spent the time I needed with me. If you planning to take out car loans, be aware there is 1500 (dealer
Administration fee +loan establishment fee) hidden in your loan contract, which let me question their honesty.other than that my buying experience is quite good.

Recently bought a Roof Rack from him for my XC60 T5, super friendly, and he even hlep me to set it up today morning at 9 am.
