We got Voigue on-site to diagnose our equipment. They then went above and beyond to contact the ISP's Corporate Support on our behalf to convince them our equipment was not at fault. Our ISP eventually discovered an upstream routing issue and resolved it - which would not have happened had we not asked Voigue to help us.
