After many years using Dragon Medical Practice Edition (through to Version 4 most recently), I have made the switch to Dragon Medical One and could not be happier with it. The simplicity and ease of use are a delight and the accuracy is amazing straight out of the box, far surpassing DMPE even before customising my vocabulary.
Voice X seem to have their own "behind the scenes" customisations, which I am sure have contributed to my seamless experience. Support from James Sing has always been tailored to suit my needs and (limited) level of IT proficiency. I am very satisfied with DMO, which delivers user-friendly voice recognition that simply works.

These guys are truly a five-star operation. I have purchased Dragon, speech Mike Air, and a PowerMic III through their set up which reflects excellent customer service. On occasions where I have had even minor faults, customer service has been same day and a very high standard. This included warranty service for the speechmike air. Big shout out to James who was very helpful for remapping functions in Dragon. I use them for all my dictation equipment now due to the great service. Thanks again
