Vodafone Wendouree

I took Samsung A34 from this store with a better and cost effective sim plan. The guy, Redwan was very co operative. All the procedures of my plan, offers and included staff were gently described by him. I experienced a satisfactory service over there.

The man was just there to sell phones and plans. When an elderly woman walks in and wants to update her payment options the staff should do what ever they can to help her not let her wait 30 minutes then say ‘I can’t help with that here’s 1555 they can help you’ and sends her on her way.
Did he not think to call 1555 for her while in the store and maybe guide her through the process. Basic customer service. But it’s not customer service is it. It’s sales, and there lies the problem.
You might have fixed your telephone customer service (which was great by the way) but not customer experience in store.
I am not a customer of yours and haven’t been for a while but my mother is and she came home upset and disappointed.

So I go in today with my mother and we are nicely asked to come back in 15. When we explained to him what we needed help with we got the same 1555 response.

Eventually my mother was helped via 1555 and a lovely lady on the other end.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Chirag from Vodafone Wendouree, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Chirag's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made my visit to Vodafone truly delightful.

Avoid this place the solid fella that works here clearly doesn't care about his job and comes across rude

Extremely rude staff. Last time I was in asking about changing phone plans the guy serving me was on his mobile phone, he told me he was on hold to their head office however when he was taken off hold he started talking to a different company about his own personal home service for internet. After waiting 10 minutes for him, I ended up going to Optus instead. The other guy was standing at the counter eating. Recently I had parked near the car wash and a man from Vodafone was standing in front of my car smoking, directly in front of a sign that said “no smoking within 10 metres” he then threw the cigarette on the ground and left it there instead of walking less than a metre to the ashtray box. Arrogant and no respect for people around them

Amazing friendly staff, was able to get an new iPhone on a really good plan with some super protective accessories. 10/10

Poor service and Vodafone are very expensive and bad Customer Service no empathy when problems arise!

Very helpful and nice staff. Spent a lot of time with Vipin, who helped me go over my options for an upgrade. Very patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend, and would go there again myself.

We are not technically minded and needed the internet on at home. Vipin made it easy and answered all of our questions politely and in a way we both understand. Happy customers

Great customer service from a worker named Pat who helped me with a new phone plan and went above and beyond and help my mother who lives on the other side of Melbourne to get her a great deal on a new phone. Thank you to the team at Wendouree. Telstra who?

Great service in store but on the contact mobile number in store Wendouree Village it is never turned on always get a message saying "not available " "Not good enough Vodafone"

Very happy with the service and help we received from Vipin - he negotiated a great price AND steered us away from an expensive option which we definitely didn't need. In the process of replacing my old iPhone, we got stuck when I couldn't remember my encryption password, so he let me hang on to the iPhone so I could take it home and migrate everything to the new iPhone. And then his colleague was really helpful when we went back in to drop off the old iPhone. All in all, a very positive experience.

Been a customer of the Stockland Vodafone for the past couple of years. Really happy with the service. Staff are patient and very helpful in finding the best possible deal. Special thumbs up to Vipin, Hibin, Farad and Jamie!

The guy who works there is good, but the girl is very slack and forgot to transfer my son's phone number over, waited 4 days then went back to sort it out.

Been a customer of vodafone for many years now and this store provides high quality customer service and friendly staff. Very professional some times its get very busy.
