I highly recommend Vodafone in Sunshine marketplace. We get a good help from Shannon and I do appreciate it especially I am new on this mobile.

I had walked into the store. Staff were great. I was served by Hussain who was very helpful. Knowing I had limited time he looked at my mobile plan and made recommendations and also for home internet asked questions and matched me with a plan that would suit my needs. He made numerous calls for organise hardware required to help me. All within 10 to 15 mins. A Great individual.

Well organised and amazing customer service by Hussain, would love to recommend everyone for any kind of help or information regards to the phone or sim only plans. Best is the way he explains about the plans

Bought the new iPhone 14 Pro few weeks ago. Shannon explained all the plans and helped me to buy the right plan and phone in 15 minutes and is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Really good I got my phone here. I got to pay only about $60 a month for my iPhone 11 and the process was really quick they only asked few questions. Unlike Optus Weber u get phone viruses, a lot of paperwork and battery percentage that runs out hella quick. Anyways please buy ur phone here.

Visited the Sunshine store twice in the last week and both times Shannon was super helpful, friendly and patient. He addressed all of my queries and provided me with the best deals for my needs.
Customer service at its best and the company should train and retain more staff like Shannon.

Atah. What a champ.the way he explained me.i would say he gave me a big favor. I got my samsung s22 utra today. He even offered me to transfer my data in new phone not even that he tried his best to put me on new plan what i need.

The success of every business depends on those hardworking-smart employees, like Shannon, who make direct contact with customers to ensure each customer’s needs are met. My needs today were met at Vodafone Sunshine when I walked in feeling frustrated by the way I was treated by Optus staff in Sunshine. Because of the poor service of the Optus staff, Optus lost business from me. Hence, Vodafone grabbed the opportunity.

The two staffs today were very helpful, professional and patience. They have convinced me to stick with Samsung product.

The team members are absolute delight at this store. They wasted no time resolving the issue and the customer service is top notch!

Asian lady looks like commands in prison, she was very rude and her language not inappropriate for customers, I'm sorry for a comment like this but, being a customer for 7 years with Vodafone they have to be more cooperative

I am very much happy with the level of customer service offered by Raye. She was very professional, calm and helpful in getting my issues sorted which was messed up by online vodaphone support. I would highly recommend her!

Staff non-cooperative. I was with Vodafone for 9 years but recently planned to switch the service provider. Store Manager pissed off when he learn about switching the service and refused to provide Customer support.
