Amazing service! Mujahid helped me heaps - got me my S22 ultra with all the bells and whistles. I can take HD photos but my pockets are dry - thanks to big Mujahid
Worst customer service ever had in Melbourne and don’t have any optional offer. Just try visiting different store, i got some gift in advance from different store which they don’t provide.

Had an awesome experience today at the Preston store, I think his name was Punrad (not sure if that's he's name) but was very helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service, thanks again mate.
I do not understand why NO vodafone store I ever attempt to call EVER answers the phone! This is ridiculous customer service, very very unprofessional.
My experience at Vodafone with Ace the many times I have been helped by him it has been a very professional and helpful experience. I would like to thank Vodafone for having staff such as Ace.
How they confidently spout this stuff as "deals" and "services" is a big joke.

On the east wall of the store there are 15 phones side by side on display. Just two of these phones can you interact with.
The customer srrvice representative stressed the importance of buying a phone cover with the new phone and eagerly sold me one.
However - there was a phone case in the phones box.
Have to journey back to get a refund on this needless cover. Zzz.
Additionally the number above doesn't contact the store. Nice one.
