Disappointing service and bad attitude from the sales assistant who 'helped' me. Look elsewhere.

Not very happy with the service, left a couple of messages to request whether they had an item in stock and if I could come down during my lunch break to collect, it, no response whatsoever. Will be going elsewhere on the weekend.

Went to Vodafone Elsternwick, we wanted a review of our business account with numerous sim cards and mobile plans, was VERY HAPPY with service received from Marina Nguyen.not only did she save our company almost 50%, she spent an hour with us and she made $0.she also advised us initially that if any customer entered the store she would need to provide a service for them as she was alone, so we werer fully aware. Highly recommend anyone wanting advice or assistance to request Marina's assitance.

Had upgraded one of our business accounts online and after the new phone arrived, data was transferred across and the old phone was factory reset and ready to be traded-in at a Vodafone store. I chose this Elsternwick store as parking is much easier than Chapel Street or the CBD and upon arrival was thrilled to see no other customers before me! Marina was very attentive and friendly. The process involved an online form submission with photos of my ID and a declaration of device condition etc which was rather time consuming but Maria took care of it all. I felt quite confident the process was completed correctly as she gave me a printed document as confirmation of my trade-in which displayed the exact $ amount I will receive as a credit on my next bill. Also, there is free WiFi available in store too, which made downloading my documents a breeze! Would happily recommend and return to this store.

Marina was excellent when I was trying to organise a plan for my family member; she answered my questions efficiently and patiently. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you Marina for outstanding customer service this morning and solving my issues with the nbn! The new modem is fantastic. I’ll be back to grab a new phone on a plan soon! Be well.and thanks again.

Young girl was not helpful at all

I asked her a few questions regarding my phone. She couldn’t really explain so suggested I get someone younger than me to explain

She was the only salesperson in store

Think she couldn’t wait to close to go home

Visited today and had a excellent experience in the store due to the assistance of violet. Made the trip very expedient which I appreciate.

Went into vodafone elsternwick today and met with John. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
You can tell how much he hates his job.
When explaining my issue he cut me short and questioned what I meant by a sim swap?
Whilst investigating my issue on the system, he continued to message his mates whilst standing directly infront of me.
He did nothing to help, instead put me on the phone to customer care which i could have done from home.
Rude, Arrogant, useless and shouldnt be working in retail if he hates it so much!

The person who assisted me was professional, courteous and addressed my requirements immediately.

Excellent customer service. I told them what I wanted, and they worked out the least expensive way to achieve it.

Cocky, arrogant, rude and smug. Customer service beyond terrible and delivered with attitude to top it off. Looking for new family plan for phone and internet and wouldn't even contemplate using Vodafone anymore based on having to deal with a$$%oles that work in this store. Save your time and head into Optus or Telstra, they're right next door!

Come in to the voderfone store in Elsternwick and Lorenzo and I couldn’t have asked for any better service

I have been in many phone stores but I am yet to fine a store that can give me time/curtesy and price.well, I have found one today! Vodafone Elsternwick. ALL the team members from the manager Ricki to sales personal Ash and Lorenzo where so helpful and will not let me leave the store till all my issues where solved. I must say. ALL the issues where my own doing. Thank you guys, you got yourself a customer for life!

Went to the Vodafone shop in elsternwick wow what a great time i had lorenzo looked after me like a family member what great customer service walked out with phone and pocket wifi thanks lorenzo
