Vodafone Partner - Craigeburn

I’ve been going to Craigieburn Vodafone for various years now and cannot recommend Steven and the team highly enough!

After going back and forth with Vodafone Headquarters, Steven went above and beyond to try and resolve the matter for me, even though the fault was not of their own. He was patient, kind, and went to extreme lengths to ensure that my problem was further escalated and resolved. He was also very cheerful and made the whole experience a lot less stressful!

Cannot recommend Steven highly enough for his overall customer service and expertise in technology. I would not go to anyone else! Thank you Steven and the team at Craigieburn Vodafone.

Maggie at Vodafone Craigieburn was excellent. She helped bring 5 mobile numbers over to Vodafone and not only got me a great deal but also completed the transfer in 10 minutes. She was efficient and effective, there was no hiccups with the process either. All numbers are active now and working. If you value exceptional customer service and efficiency then I recommend Vodafone Craigieburn and Maggie!

Worst customer service been with Vodafone for 10+ years and after that the lost me, my wife went to pay off a account, and the guy he was so rude to here because my sun was having his scouter with him and the guy didn’t like it! And didn’t want to help

Have been a vodafone customer for many years, always relied on the Craigeiburn Central branch and the team are amazing. Recently purchased 2 new Iphone 13 plans and the experience and commitment of the team is second to none. Special shout to Pierre for always being helpful and running me through things! Such a great experience I purchased 2 phones with them, they were very transparent about the contract, provided me all details. One of the phones were faulty and it was a 5 minute phone call for me to come back and get a replacement. They also called me back after they missed my call which I didn't expect them to do.

The staff at Vodafone Craigieburn are the best customer service team you will ever experience. I have been a customer for several years now and even if I am unhappy with Vodafone as a service at times, I stick with them because of the awesome service I get face to face in Craigieburn. I believe if you have had a bad experience with a staff member there, it is probably more a 'you' problem.

I wish there is anything below this I can give them. Being First time in this store and they have worst customer service. Been with Vodafone from 10 years and never had any experience like that. Wish I have never been there. They have different policies about different people. Looks like they treated customers as per nationality or skin colour which is shameful for this store. When I asked this person to give me his name to make a complaint he threatened me to leave store otherwise he will call security. Is this what I’m expecting from this company which I’m loyal from last 10 years and have three accounts with them. The people working inside the store doesn’t care to help you with info. Seriously Vodafone has to look after this store.

I've been here quite a few times, and on every occasion I've really been looked after by the staff. They are always very friendly and helpful with extensive knowledge about the plans available to suite my needs.
