I went to the store and I wanted an upgrade on my existing plan. Yin, the manager was very helpful and patient with all my queries. Now I’m getting a new iPhone with a lot of data as well. The service is impeccable I highly recommend this store.

The customer service in this store is second to none and I have been bringing all my family and friends over the last 4 years. Keep it up.

Terrible service. Cant even talk to people who do NBN. Do not ever use vodafone. I am still receving bills for what I never used and can not contact them to disconnect the NBN connection. Hours of time wasted. Terrible.

Best vodofone around melbourne. Best customer service and helpful staff. Helped me to setup my phone my icloud account as well. They assist afterwards as well if we get any problems in future with phones and accessories. Had visited other shop as well but the service i got from this store is just amazing. You wont regret from anyway visiting this shop.

AK was very friendly and assisted us through all sorts of questions we had. Came in to enquire about the apple iPad and ended up buying the apple watch series 5 and iPhone 11 pro max. Definitely satisfied with the customer service and would walk-in to this store for any future purchases as well.

All the staffs I spoke to especially Claire have been nothing but fantastic. Wow great service. Now generally I’m one of those lazy people who hates setting up a phone and transferring all my contacts and pics across but Clare set it up for me without me having to lift a finger. Even had time to swing by Degraves for a coffee whilst everything was being set up.
Super happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max.
