Vodafone Licence Dealer - Caroline Springs

Raj and Mario provided my mother and I with an amazing deal for our 2 new phones and a tablet. Amazing service!

Worst customer service experience ever. I had just signed up recently for a new sim only plan. I walked into the store to have my new sim activated and have my existing number ported. There were two staff members there and an empty store, but each reluctantly wanted to help. Asking for assistance with the new sim, the staff member instead told me to call up customer service myself instead and that because his computer was laggy. Did not want to help me in any way at all, probably because I was no longer a potential new customer, but now a new and existing customer which meant no kickbacks or commsion, hence not worth his time. Hopefully this is not a reflection of the overall customer service experience from Vodafone as a whole. Either way, I will not be returning back to this store in Caroline Springs for any future service or sales.

This is a shout out to Mario at Vodafone in Caroline Springs. He helped us out with our plan so much today. We took up most of his day and he was helpful, friendly and polite all the way through. If you need any mobile advice I highly recommend Mario he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Thanks again Mario

Don’t bother calling customer service, I was on the phone with them for almost an hour with no help, went into the store and the team resolved my issue in a few minutes

Worst service I have received in a long time.
Went to pay a bill and the girl working there asked me "why are you here the payment options are on the bill" I said I knew that and wanted to pay in store. She said ok and asked me to come to the counter.
She then asked me for my card and I gave her my Eftpos card. She was typing in the system for a few minutes to then tell me it wasnt a credit card and she couldnt use it online (I never gave her permission to use my card online nor did she ask me if she could)
I said it was an Eftpos card and had to be used on the Eftpos machine which she had sitting there. She said 'ohhh ok give me a sec i will check"
She checked with a male worked and both returned to serve me. He explained my card cant be used online so they cant take my payment.
I said I know that it cant, but the eft machine was there and he could take my payment.
He said that was not possible and suggested I went to get cash out to give to him and he would pay MY bill with HIS card online.
I said that was very stupid and unprofessional and walked out.
Luckily I was only paying someone elses bill and I am not a customer of theirs.

What a wonderful person I have ever met. I was very angry to quit from Vodafone but she is wise and patient and cooled me down. Finally Ms Usha again tied me up to stay fir 24 months.
I am very pleased with the service I got. I would rate her custoner service ability 10/10.

My experience at the Caroline Springs location was great. I was in desperate need of a new phone and the guru that served me - Jack, was very knowledgeable about the Samsung product I purchased.
I left the store feeling very happy about the service and my new phone.

My second experience at the Caroline Springs location was just as successful as the first.
I was served by Jack again, - I was in need of a Factory reset on my current phone & some new accessories.
Jack was again, very knowledgeable & friendly and I left the store feeling very happy with the customer service I had received.

Usha probably has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Learn to do better

I just walked into the vodaphone shop in Caroline springs for minor issue with my phone and was greeted by Usha and fixed the problem up in just a few minutes.
