I have really great experience is Vishal from Vodafone business centre. Vishal helped me with transition from another service provide to Vodafone and experienced a smooth transition.

Paras guided me through the entire process from start to finish, we took the time to answer all of my questions and was always easy to reach. I was offered an excellent deal and I'm glad I made the switch from Optus.

Here is true story:
Adi called me several months ago to sell me their services and keep calling to every weeks with many promises before sale to encourage me to buy their services.
He send “Yasar” as our account manager for signing the contract and everything was nice and professional before signing contract.
From a day after starting the service and we have had some issues in this regards,
They did not care at all.
“Yasar” barely answers his phone and keep pushing me to talk to Vodafone directly for my issue as it was completely opposite of their promises before.
They are very good at selling, but they do not keep any word or promises they made.
Please please be careful and think twice and read other reviews too if you want ti have business with them.

Harry has been a pleasure to deal with, he has been handling all our commercial phone and internet accounts. Always available to provide the support we need to ensure smooth operations of our small business.

Really good at pushing the sale. VERY POOR after sales support.
Over a month of me emailing orders email account to get a phone. Finally heard back from an account manager once I CC them in.
Next order I did through an account manager and they emailed me to confirm delivery address, I emailed back that evening, the tablet I ordered did not get delivered to the requested address but one on total opposite side of the city (the previous orders delivery address).
Worst customer service I have received and the online management of multiple devices/services is HOPELESS! No real account/service management online.

I have being using these guys for 8 years in my business & dealing with Adithya Damera. He always contacts me regularly to make sure I'm happy with everything & adjusts my account accordingly if I need to have any changes done to my services. Friendly & approchable & will always follow up on any questions I have.

Vinod and administrative team from VBC West has been great dealing with our business. He helped me to find the great deal and also transition of moving from one provider to Vodafone was very smooth. Vinod has been responsive and gets things sorted out in given time frame. Customer services has been prompt and reliable. We would recommend Vodafone Business Centre West. We transferred 6 mobiles from Telstra: very happy with the fact that the Vodafone rep (Ankit) listened to our concerns, responded thoughtfully, politely and in a very timely manner throughout the sale and subsequent transition process.
Left the customer service from Telstra and Optus for dead and the pricing was sharp.

Best service. Needed Sim cards late at night urgently and Daman Singh delivered them without a hassle. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Absolute terrible service from this office including the managers. Promises before they sign you up and now don't return calls.whats happend to the cell- fi boys? But don't worry I will get to the bottom of it. You are an absolute waste of time you deserve no stars at all.
