Vodafone Broadmeadows reviews
29Not sure what the woman’s name was… however appreciate the effort and kindness by helping me switch over from another provider and also helping me get Vodafone internet.was impressed by her customer service skills and high level of work efficiency. Nice experience overall! Well done
Very dissapointed with their service. I went there to change my wife's prepaid account to my name and they ended up disconnecting my existing number instead and transfer her number to my sim! We have spent hours and hours on the phone and also at the store trying to fix this but no one was helpful. No one apologised for this mistake. The guy who served us said it wasnt his fault when he was the was the one who did the application. They are hopeless. No help, no apologies, nothing! They've disconnected my number when there was no mention of this request! On top of that they made me buy new starter pack! I had to pay for new sim card because they've told me that's the olny way they can fix it. After buying the new sim and activating that sim they said they are not sure if they can fix it. My saturday was wasted trying fix their mess! Very very dissapointed! I wish I could give 0 star instead!
One of the worst experience I’ve ever had, I had issues with my 5g internet connection, I spoke to tech support who suggested to take the modem to replace it. Staff members were shocking they washed their hands and didn’t take any responsibility. I had to call Vodafone and talk to them. The store refused to swap the modem. Tech support suggested I go to a different store so I went. They said the same thing. They wouldn’t swap it. I eventually spoke to someone at Vodafone who said they are happy to cancel the order and all I have to do is take the modem to broadmeadows store. I took the modem to Vodafone they refused to take the modem. This is the worst Vodafone store I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t go back to this store
I have oder my phone from Vodafone, I have to pick up from this store. I went to there for pick my phone, one of the rude employee asked my identity and I give him to the license but he was asking for passport for registration. Although I was a member of Vodafone since 2018. I had requested him for more than 3 times he refused to do it. I called to the customer care and they registered in online I took a phone. One of the worst customer service ever. Never visit again and for this incident I will change my service as well.
Was there to put protector on my phone. But i was said that since I didn’t bought my phone over there they wont provide any service to me. They just give service to those who buys products from them and they were so rude to me.
When I entered the store, the store wasn't busy, was only one customer the girl who was in charge passed near me and ignored me and not welcoming me, then I kept waiting near counter about 5 minutes a person came from the inside to serve me he was funny he got no idea with customer service doesn't know how to talk to customer & service, try to disrespect me he was very strange behavior. I asked questions about the mobile I was interested, he told those mobiles on displayed are not the best comes after a couple months and I was shocked because his kind doesn't wanna work or selling.
Anyway I'm very good customer to Vodafone and I love Vodafone but I don't need such a ppl to serve because I could go somewhere else.
I ordered iPhone 13pro Max they told me it will take 1 to 2 business days but it's been 10 days and I haven't heard anything from them also I visited the store just 2 staff members and long wait time to talk.
We were served by a guy named Harrison. He was very young and talented and he gave us awesome customer service. He was very devoted to his work. We need more people like this young guy who love their work. Thanks Harrison you were great.
Not a great deal of the call I didn't get the answer I need it to. But last time I visited here September last year very friendly staff working here now very knowledgeable.
I spoke to the guy young Indian looking guy which at the start seemed friendly all I wanted to do was change of ownership he told me I need to have a physical license on me which then I arranged for my wife to bring he said if it’s here by 3: 30 I’ll start your application which I did then made me wait another 10min because a a random person walked up then he turned around to me to say I’m not going to help you out today in a rude manner It definitely wasn’t a splendid approach
I had been "served" @ Vodafone Broadmeadows Central yesterday exceptionally frustrating service.
Recently I’ve moved to Vodafone NBN and while i was with a pile of work to finish my internet was not working. Vodafone’s technician over phone tried his best to help me and concluded diagnose as faulty modem and advised me to go to my nearest Vodafone shop with the text they have sent and a referral letter from the account holder (as the account holder was at work that time).
My nightmare started when I visited the shop.
Someone named Courtney “served” me there. I explained my situation and how desperately I need the replacement model to complete my critical deliverable for work. Though I repetitively requested for help she didn’t display any interest to help me and was saying what is her policy (which completely contradict what I had been told by Vodafone support team over phone). While I had all the necessary documents I had been told to take with me and also I offered her she can talk with the account holder over phone (even account holder could be on a video call, its 2021)
She made me bring the account holder (leaving her job unfinished)!
More frustratingly Courtney was not wearing any mask while whole Melbourne is worried about new Covid19 outbreak.
I wish Vodafone make an effective customer service training mandatory for the employees (and store manager, I had been told Courtney is store manager.) who are supposed to “serve” customer.
I visited the store and requested the staff to check the active number of services on my account. She was rude and not even ready to open the account n kept giving me excuses. Such a poor service. I knew I have 4 active services but not showing on App but lady was not at all helpful she was just trying to jump onto another customers waiting.
How they hiring people with any training?
Bad customer service/ no information experience about Vodafone service/
At the end some staff no face mask on in place must be compulsory for the guests and no social distance
If there is less than 1 Star review I will put it
I went in there today and the people like that now are useless they have not got any real experience Personnel like before the coronavirus Vodafone has to start smartening up and get people who care because at the Broadmeadows they don't care at all and since I need a new phone I might have to go to Telstra list of help me out more than Vodafone has
Beware of the customer Service@MAVON
I visited Broadmeadows Vodafone store at around 1pm on 9th of March And I was served by MAVON
THE gentleman was busing chewing his gum and spoke to me as If I came to his house for service there is no professional attitude.
I was having network issues from past 24hours I work on Internet I spoke to Vodafone online customer service for more than 5hours. They asked me to go to the store for sim placement. AI got it replaced but I was still unable to get data.
I asked him for help, He dint know what to do, he was asking his colleagues for the troubleshooting steps, still dint find solution.
I was out of battery, woke up at 5am went to store directly from my work place at 1pm to get it fixed. I told him I will wait until you resolve but asked to him to charge my phone so that he can work on it. They dint have an iphone charger. I was charging my phone with one on display, he bashed out arrogantly saying I cannot charge. I wonder how he’d solve my problem with switched off phone.
I asked him to call supervisor so that he could help, he simply dint wanted to call him/her. He told it on face they would not answer me without even trying.
I strongly recommend to take action against him as he doesn’t realise he’s working for Vodafone.
Nice people in store I didn't go with Vodafone at the end because I found a better deal with another provider.
First wrong information second very bad service they don't know how to deal with costumer, sells women was very rude.
Worst vodafone store, i have ever visited. Customer Service 0,
Waiting for almost 1 hour. No Service
I have been dealing with Vodafone over a debt that is not mine for quite some time now and although I have no issues with the staff at this store the Vodafone Co overall has made the resolution process a continuing nightmare causing me to have panic attacks and upsetting me so much that I fear the stress of it all is becoming too much to deal with by myself. I have avoided medication and seeing a doctor about how stressful and anxious this Vodafone harrassment is affecting me but unless it is resolved soon I can't see another option having raised this with the telecommunications ombudsman and following instructions provided by Vodafone. I have never been a Vodafone customer and after this experience will never be a Vodafone customer.
Left my wallet in the store, despite having considerable amount of cash in my wallet, the manager run after me and gave it to me, it’s good to see that there is still trusting ppl around specially here in Broadmeadows
