The male worker there that assisted me was fantastic:) the process was incredibly fast regarding getting a new phone from the Iphone 14 line. Explained the differences between the 14 pro max & 14 plus - which I ended up with the 14 plus due to its big screen, light weight, and long lasting battery life! Got this phone the day after he ordered it for me and provided me the essentials. Sad I didn’t ask for his name because I would have recommended him - very kind & professional.
