Well some people may have had a good experience here but far from it from us. Signed up to a phone plan for an additional phone for our daughter and was told 2 weeks for the phone to arrive. 3 weeks later still nothing. Again we we were told it could be another 3 to 4 weeks. Cancelled that and went to another Vodafone franchise who had them in stock. Very poor service.

Spent almost 2 hours in this Voda Phone store second floor. Provided Passport, Driving License and also Medicare Card by request, asked for call Voda Phone Customer service spent another 40 min just because the Middle name issues
Step out went to other Voda Phone location did with Ausi staff only 20 min done. Never back to Glen Waverley again, really waist time with that 2 male staff.

Excellent customer service by Harminder. Last year I went there to get my wifes sim, this time I went to get my brother's. Maintaining the same ethics since so many years. I am very satisfied by his help, makes sure you get the best deal. I recommend everyone in the radius to visit this store and ask for Harminder. Great guy, five Stars.

Great and friendly customer service, very helpful and offered many helpful services

Booked an appointment online but shop was closed when we arrived. A staff happened to come back whilst we still standing there, and said even though they are meant to open til 7pm, they close at 6pm.
