This review is for the store in the ground floor. If Vodafone is serious in their effort for customer service, they need to change all staff members of this store. They were arrogant, careless, does not how to engage with a customer, no smile, raised voice, no knowledge of phones/services.everything to do with anti-customer service. When i asked how much memory S22 ultra has, the guy simply said 128Gb. When I said that's the storage, his answer was a simple ". Ah.people who come to buy these stuff already know such details". What a reply from a customer care guy.:) Please avoid this store at all cost and go to the upstairs franchise store. Their service is awesome!

I went into the Vodafone store bottom floor opposite to the apple and optus stores. Upon entering I was served by a big careless "gronk" for a salesperson. In my honest opinion he appeared to be a failed rugby player turned sales assistant. But that's besides the point. I told him I was interested in purchasing a new phone plan and his responses consisted of bro or brah in every second sentence. He was clearly mentally handicapped and lacking in knowledge about the products he was trying to sell; that he had to ask another storeperson for assistance. After a point, I just walked out because I could not listen to his highschool type slang anymore. I felt my IQ and intelligence was lowering in attempting to listen and process what he was saying. My question is; if Vodafone has these types of degenerates who tip on the lower end of the spectrum of intellect employed as their sales staff, imagine how poor the quality of service their products or services must be? (This potentially needs no answer).

Terrible customer service. Been with Vodafone for almost 10 years and went to check some iPhone 13 plans. Received the worst service ever. Would never go back

I’m beyond delighted for the service provided at Vodafone. I’ve been with Optus for over 20 years and suddenly in the last 4-5months there is no reception in my area that I’ve been living in for the past 20 years. Unbelievable. Who In the right mind would suddenly stop providing reception in a busy well known suburb!

The salesmen Omid at this store had been extremely helpful with transferring mine and my husbands number over to Vodafone with the new phones. The prices and what I get with it is suitable. Unlike Optus who changes my plan with my CONSENT!

Omid had been so thorough with everything he did for us and he was such a kind smart gentlemen. You don’t find that many youngsters that well-mannered in this generation unfortunately! I believe he was also assisting another elderly customer in some sort of middle eastern language as they couldn’t speak English. Amazing job and the care you actually have for your customers. Bravo to you Omid!

The 1 one girl and guy across the road at Optus were so rude and careless with the way they treated me. After explaining to the guy about why Optus suddenly increased my bill without informing me, he shrugged his shoulders and said tough luck! How disgusting and rude.

The reception at Vodafone has been exceptional and I’m excited to use my $5 roaming in the US next wekk

Unprofessional and unhelpful stuff. There so called manager don’t know what she is talking. She didn’t accept my vacation cert because she think people will make fake. Even I offer to show my driving license. Not ever one live on centarlink there are people with real jobs. That don’t have my gov or Medicare, So she make her own rules. They are absolutely unhelpful. I pay monthly 450 bill which I’ll be transferring to different provider.

Please note the following review is not against the store as they have their hands tied by an unsupportive global corporation.

Never buy a Samsung flip or fold phone at Vodafone. Through my experience, it looks as though Samsung is experimenting on their customers and not backing up their technology. My Flip-2 My flip 2 failed after ten months, and I was advised it was my fault and had to pay $580 for the repair. The repair report from Vodafone was different to the damage when my phone arrived at Samsung, so it was damaged further in transport, and again they failed to warrant the product.

For a major company that I have been loyal to for over 15 years, Vodafone just passed the buck claiming they are trying to help by fighting with Samsung to get my phone fixed. Why not replace my phone and then fight to get it repaired as it was not my fault. I have been left without a phone for 3 weeks and I am no closer to getting it repaired. Disgusting service from a major company, and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Thank you to Sarith at the fountain gate Vodafone store.

Excellent customer service and fixed a complicated issue with ease️️.

Only down fall is Vodafone needs to go carbon neutral at the very least like belong mobile has done, the planet is hurting️.

If you haven’t gone carbon neutral at the very least in the next 3 months I’ll be happily but sadly switching provider:) to belong mobile and internet.

This is why I love Vodafone. The staff member Omed was very helpful and effective in his sale. He explained everything to me clearly from how my plan works to the costs of my phone to my bill. I used to always get phones sent to me through the phone from vodafone customer care, but they have always sold me higher end expensive phones that I dont even need. Omed suggested a cheaper phone than i usually get, the iphone 12 mini but with a higher plan with more data and overseas calls.i didnt need the big pro phone as it is too big for me. Well done Omed kepp up the good work!

Not great. Service is poor and they don't always know what to do. I switched to Optus after being with Vodafone for almost 10 years. I went into store to tell them I want to switch and they immediately let me out of my contract no questions asked. Which I appreciated them not trying to make me stay.

I walked in wanting a new phone on the day and that’s what happened. Very transparent sales team that pointed me in the direction I needed without pitching me unnecessary products or services. I was looked after by two individuals at two different times at this location and I have no complaints.

Had such bad customer service I almost walked out in tears. I almost but I didn't. I changed networks instead have been with Vodafone from the beginning but am now with the lovely people at Optus. Big guy that was there "helping" me was to aggressive, didn't listen to what I needed.overall, a complete jerk!

Worst store to go ever with no customer service at all. The big guy standing on front desk is not interested to listening my problem about my bad experience with my new handset.
He told me to talk to customer service department over phone and no solution made.
They are just looking to get new contracts.

Staff were helpful but Vodafone needs work. I had a mobile service with them and wanted to to add a NBN service with a landline phone. They told me that they couldn't supply a landline with my NBN connection so I had to go else where. I now have moved everything to another provider.

You will never get a phone on plan in Vodafone its impossible.
I have over 15 friends that have apllied and no one has been approved i dont understand why do they exist at all.
Avoid avoid avoid.stick to Telstra

Just awful. Would probably have to spend a few thousand there just to get any customer service whatsoever. Prepared to get looked down on for having a problem, scum to them. Avoid the down stairs!
