I went into the Rosebud store this afternoon, feeling confused and frustrated, after trying to organise a new sim over the phone. The guy in there was so very helpful and friendly, and patiently organised everything for me. He was training a girl at the time and want to thank both of them. Very impressive customer service.

My dad was there on Saturday. The manager Steve was extremely helpful and made the process so easy.

Riya has been very helpful. She is an excellent worker. Good Communication. I would recommend Vodafone to my friends & family

Honestly, I've had both really good and really bad experiences here. It does depend on who you get.

I run approximately 10 phones now I’ve been in the store quite a few times all the staff are okay one of the staff members particularly Stefan he knows his stuff I would say 25 years running my own business and dealing with mobile phone stores that this guy has more knowledge than any of the people I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years what a gentleman.

Went in to enquire about bundles as we already have nbn with Vodafone. Steven was an amazing help. His customer service was 10/10. He even transferred our current mobile numbers from another provider to Vodafone in 3-4 minutes. Ended up getting a bundle with 4 devices, including home nbn and 15% off all 4 services. Steven ensured we got tired all set up before we left. We went from having 3 different providers and now all are consolidated into one. Could t be happier and Steven made it so easy. Highly recommend.

I went into the Rosebud Vodafone store with a suspect Iphone 7. Stephen identified the issue straight away and told me my options. I decided to purchase a new phone and he was fantastic. Presented me with my phone options, as well as differing plans. With that sorted, he then got my phone up and running and transferred all of my contacts, photos and other details, so that my new phone operated perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service that Stephen afforded me and it took an enormous amount of stress out of my life. Thanks heaps, Stephen!

Stephen was excellent. He set up our new phones for us as we don't know how to do that stuff and very happy with all the data we now get on our new plans.

I needed a new phone and plan so I can use the covid tracing app. Stephen was great. He helped me set everything up as I don't know any of this stuff which was really appreciated. I got a great deal too!

Stephen was great. We got a new phone deal that was better than the previous one and he set up the new phones and helped us reset our passwords which we forgot so we had very little to do to get our info on the new phones.
