Terrible customer service, there are two staffs in the store and no customer, I walked in ask some questions about the phone plan, they just don't care and ask me go back to the store where I was sign before, I have talked to the online services they said I can go to any Vodafone store, I could never come to this one again.

After two years i found out they do this “free accessories “ scam. When i came here to leave a review i can see i’m not the only one. Vodafone you need to deal with these kind of sales persons.

Rajan stated he will throw in a free accessory (headphones) if we were to rate him a 5 star on Google with his name on it, which we did. 1.5 years later I only just found out I've been paying for this "free accessory". Beware! He is dishonest and I will be taking this further as it's fraud and theft. Stay away from this shop.

Excellent costumer service and great experience, very polite and friendly team. Not only helped me out updating the phone, also with the plan and I-watch. Because of the great costumer service I bought another I-watch from the store for birthday gift. Raj and team absolutely fantastic. I will recommend M-city Vodafone store to everyone.

Its a shame, you ask them a question and they struggle to explain it to you in proper words. Also, to mention the rude and unpleasant service from salesman Ash.
Smile for a change guys and be courteous, it doesn’t take much.

They are fraudulent shop. I had very bad experience. They have given me wrong information to sign up with them and promoting free accessories which normally have a charge.liars. I recommend every one to not go to this shop. I had very bad day with this vodafone store
