I went here to buy an iphone “Sim the manager” was very kind and friendly she helped me in choosing right plan for my need. Overall very good customer service.

Great service and very friendly staff. Sim and Nikhil were very very good and knew what they were talking about. Unlike Southland floor 3. They were rude and made my 87 year old brother -in-law run around in circles. If it was my store I would sack the lot and hire user friendly staff. Michael O'Neal

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rude and impatient with customers in their elder age / from a different ethnics background. My poor parents have been with Vodafone for years, and were hoping to top up their account from the store. Unfortunately they can't remember the ping to sign in and was not carrying the age proof card that was used to open the account. Instead of kindly advising them to go back collect the correct ID and revisit the store, with my presents over phone, Sim (the customer service representative) yelled at all of us and refused to listen with an excuse to service other customers in the store. Not to withstand that she was only on a call with us for 5 min, till her refusion to service us any further. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

The rude, arrogant Indian woman in this store needs to be taught customer service skills. I will never go back there again. Her attitude is an absolute disgrace to Vodafone.
