Went in to get a new phone this afternoon. The two guys (sorry I didn’t get their names! ‍️) were super helpful and absolutely lovely to deal with. Highly recommend

I have been going here for the past 8 years. Each time I get great service, I never have to wait long, if at all. And I'm always upto date with technology. They have plenty of stock available and very helpful on plans and products.

Cannot remember the last time I had this level of customer service from a telecom company, it was a breath of fresh air. Testament to Ritesh (store owner) for making customer service a priority by ‘wanting’ to help rather than being ‘made to’ help. Ritesh helped me resolve couple of issues with patience and with the IT background helped me understand the root cause of some issues. Walked away from the store with better understanding of the company and all my issues resolved.

I got my phone delivered to this store and when I came to pick it up, all I was expecting was getting and leaving but I actually received above and beyond customer service. The owner and the rest of his team were very friendly and accomodating. He offered to put the screen protector and ensure that I was satisfied with my order and their service.

Please dont upgrade your vodafone phones from this franchise vodafone store, they adding extra bundles without asking customer, and they saying they give extra $10 credit for every months, but only first month i got that $10, and the bundle also opened from back of the store, not in front of me, they changed one device from the bundle for used one, (Iphone 11 pro bundle) please upgrade your phones online or vodafone company store.

My experience with Vodafone Casey Central has been amazing. Being a senior citizen I was worried to get out to get my device issue. When I called them, they scheduled an appointment for me. The store was cleaned & disinfected as I was the first customer for the day. My issue was fixed in less then 10 minutes.

The manager was very warm, welcoming & helpful.

I got connected to my NBN through Vodafone Casey Central. I had trouble connecting my modem to the NBN. I asked if they could help setup my modem at home. Rithesh came home & setup the modem & all devices to NBN. Highly appreciate him & his team's efforts in helping me out. Really outstanding service.

They team was Patience and Attentive, We had the Ability to communicate clearly, Knowledge of the product and Ability to read customers. They were really helpful and friendly for us. IT WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD Thanks for the team.

The manager of the store has been the rudest person i have come across in Vodafone. I feel sorry for the customer connecting in that store. Abusive and so loud.
