The owner is very dodgy in this store. He insisted on giving me "free accessories" at the time of upgrading my phone and contract. He literally made me take speakers valued at $200 (that I did not want) as I was walking out the door. I later found on my statements that he had put all these "free accessories" on a accessories payment plan across my 36 month contract, which I was being charged unknowingly for at an extra $11 a month. This is extremely deceitful and unethical - I will never be setting foot back in this store again. It's a scam.

Saturday morning come to the shop said the system broken come back later, came back later found out still no fix. Head back Sunday waited outside without saying a words.

Terrible, just terrible. Bad attitude from staff unless you want a new phone. Will never go there again.

I really appreciate Sabby who explained me the phone plans, the activation process so well that I was inclined to take Vodafone plan for my family once they will be in Melbourne. He explained me how Vodaphone is better from other carriers in terms of connectivity and about the LTE speeds thoroughly.
