Vodafone reviews
69 Got a upgrade from this store
The salesman conned me and added a accessory payment plan while telling me it was a free gift
Complete fraud
Went back into the store
Manager apologised and sorted it out and gave me a free gift
In my opinion I don’t trust this store
You could get conned like me
Awaiting a full apology from Vodafone as I got ripped off by its own store
Fraud by the salesman
Arsh is a very good person and take care of his customers. I really appreciate his work and services
Do not come here expecting actual help. They will attempt to blame customers for the mistakes and failures of the company. Good luck getting them to fix any issues you have. Try a different store, it can't possibly be worse. Employees are embarrassingly bad and make the company look even worse for employing them.
There’s always a glitch with both their app and the website to do the recharge. I’ve been telling the same to the guy who works in this store. Looks like he’s least bothered and always says “not sure”. So much carelessness and worst attitude. I need to go to the store always to recharge my phone which is ridiculous. I’m Using the network just because I want to as per my company’s policy. Otherwise I would’ve thrown the sim in the station itself. Such a poor network coverage and worst staff. Also, I see so many reviews against their staff, I wonder why there’s no action taken yet!
Scammers! I bought two IPhone 14 pro’s from this shop and they offered free power bank charges and screen protectors. However after few months when I went to another Vodafone store to purchase AirPods, Got to know that that I have scammed for 400$ 2 earphones which costs around 400$. When I contacted the store they told me that that’s the amount they charged for accessories. Don’t buy and pls check your accounts if you have already purchased from this shop.
Sadly Vodafone no longer honor their contracts with customers, and out of the blue have risen the monthly payments with some lame excuse. Been a loyal customer for many years. Lost trust. What's the point of signing a 36 months contract to lock in a plan price only to have them dishonouring it and raising price anyway? If the money was going to raise employees salaries, at least would be put to good use, but I'm aware its just happening everywhere, prices going up for no reason, justified by created crisis by government, and anyone wondering where is the money going? Because I don't see any salary raise anywhere, just prices. As for Vodafone, not excuse acceptable. Its just lame to dishonour a contract with customers. What if customers break the contract? Oh no, that would not be accepted would it? I choose to pay less, not more, that's my rule. Oh no, but we have no choice, just the corporations. Who cares what customers want. Nobody cares because we signed the contract, but they do as they wished and their side of the contract is meaningless.
This store has the most unhelpful people, I went in there to get my eSIM after talking to the vodafone representative online. Upon reaching there this guy asks me for my passport (which was never mentioned in online chat). I didn't carry my physical passport but I had other ID proofs enough to verify anything which were even used to register for Vodafone service in first place. When I came back and had a chat with another online representative (Angela) she confirmed I didn't have to bring my passport for eSIM. My whole day was ruined as I had no access to the network because of one single incompetent employee.
Customer service is so bad! MI is so rude, she seems to be in such a bad mood, and has the worst customer service
1 bar reception on 4G.
Sometimes none.
47th floor of apartment with views over all Melbourne CBD.
Pretty pathetic.
Poor customer service! I couldn’t recommend the guy attending with attitude approach wasn’t appealing at all. Turns out the person gave me the wrong items and sizes twice and I have to go back again he even didn’t say sorry or apologise for his mistake, he acted salty and intimidating. Just really poor customer service I will never go back again!
Couldnt activate online, was told to go to an vodaphone store, opens at 9am, No staff any where to be seen, store is closed. What a way to start with a new telecommunications provider.
Avoid Vodaphone if your thinking of connecting with them.
Poor customer experience. Visit this store if you can’t go anywhere else. Called this support for iPhone 14 pro and sales person was not at all interested in talking and said you gotta visit our store.
Had a great experience here today, I came in to get my Iphone replaced and was able to get a great deal. Great service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any types of upgrade or new devices.
This cell phone shop near my house have excellent customer service and very helpful team. I highly recommended this place ^. ^
I'm from Japan and came to meet my friends in Melbourne while traveling. Because I was going to live in Melbourne for a while, I bought a phone number here with a friend. Melbourne Vodafone Spencer is really good.
Worst customer experience I've had in Melbourne.
The retail assistant called her manager on face time with no headphones whilst working on my query.
No apologies after finishing the call.
After I said I was not going to take a sim card the consultant didn't even look at my face. So rude! Unacceptable in Melbourne.
Mimi and the team were fantastic and prompt in assisting me with an issue - great customer service and knowledge of systems and products!
My good friend recommended me to this store and he said it was very good. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. The mobile phone package is valuable, and the process is quick and easy.
This is probably the best Vodafone shop I've come across in the city, located on Vodafone Spencer Street. You dont have to wait for an hour to get served, The family package is reasonable and the service is very good, it is worth recommending to everyone.
Shobit is very hard working and i lack english skills. He tried to help me as much as possible. İ got a sim and home internet and im very happy
