I was having a lot of trouble transferring my old number to a new phone, and had consulted the online chat help, phone help and visited another Vodafone shop. Then I came to this shop and Terence was able to sort it out for me in about five minutes. Thank you, Terence!

It's a small store tucked away in a corner but hands down the best service I've ever seen from Vodafone! Akash is super friendly and has great service ethics.

It is not a very big store, just round the corner of Coles supermarket.

I bought one of my phones here back in 2019, and subsequently the staff helped me unlock the phone so that I could join another network.

The recent visit is about trying to find a feature via the Setting.

On all these occasions the various staff are just so helpful.

Always read the fine print hey! Well when the sales person says ' I will throw these in for free' you would think that means exactly that.
All I wanted was a sim to hotspot a few gb a month because the WiFi I had wouldn't work on my security cameras. The man behind the desk conned me to take a free Samsung tablet and free wireless earphones, no catches just stick with the plan for 2 years and it's free, break the contract and simply pay out the tablet, well after relocating to regional Vic I no longer received reception with Vodafone so not paying $30 a month for nothing. When I called to cancel and said why, they made me pay for the tablet, that's fine it's mine now all good but the ear phones were charged. I said I was told they were free but nope in the contract they were charged.i feel conned. Never again will I use Vodafone in any situation.

Scammers! First they say we are giving phone accessories for free with the new contract and then they add accessories price to your contact without telling you. I realised nearly after 6 months after I got a contract from them.
