Oh my! The manager knows nothing over there. Just because of a technical glitch they sent us home. We didn’t even get our phone. Staff was good, atleast they were trying help but the manager… never again.

My partner came in to cancel a phone plane before moving overseas, the service rep assured him that everything was cancelled and he was billed yet again with another monthly bill after over 30 times trying to contact the service with no response, the bill was then sent to debt collectors. I had one of the best customer service from the staff named JIMMY/James. He was really approachable. I ended up at the store 5 mins prior to closing and wanted to sign up a plan with Vodafone. Without any hesitation on the closing time, Jimmy was super helpful and calm. He didn't try to rush me up on the plan set up. It took approx. 10-15 mins for him to help me out. I hope to stumble upon customer service as Jimmy everywhere I go:)

Came into store tonight to switch to Vodafone after Optus being an absolute nightmare the past few months.
I was assisted by Cathy and could not speak higher of her ️ She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns with my service and gave me some really well suited options to choose from while also explaining the differences. She was super kind and made the whole process a breeze. Thankyou so much for the help! Setting up the 5G modem was also super easy and took less than 5 minutes.

Cathy you are a credit to your store! Again, I really appreciate all your help ️

I have been using Vodafone for years and I'm quite happy with it but recently had to go into the store because my phone was playing up. This sales person was mocking me because of the brand of phone I was using then he went to give me false information and pushing me to buy something else?

Vodafone is cheating customers, with their bad network signal, the staff promise if unhappy with signal free to cancel current contract.until I am so disappointed for my phone as there is almost no signal in my new home.

I cannot bear its poor signal anymore, I have to choose other provider.its waste of my time.whats worse? They charged the full amount over the whole contract period, and never wants to return.to me it is a fraud.and it is its inresponsible staff promising things that you cannot do.

Vodafone is really the worst ever.

I would spread this terrible experience more in future.

The staff I dealt with was a nice individual and did try to help me unfortunately it is the blatantly shortsighted policies of Vodafone as a whole that has let me down. I have been a Vodafone customer for several years and they have certainly had no issues (over) charging me every month and accepting all my bills being paid on time.

Unfortunately when my phone has become damaged and needed replacing due to a now unusable screen I thought it would be a good time to upgrade on a plan. Unfortunately it seems that the ID i used to sign up with and purchase the phone with is no longer acceptable under their corporate guidelines. As a result they can't adjust my plan, can't sell me a phone on my existing account at a plan rate and could only offer to sell me a new phone at full price (and I don't have that kind of money just available at a moment's notice).

Apparently Vodafone only accepts driver's licenses (I can't drive due to disability), passports (who has been travelling the past few years?) and proof of age (which I supplied but it's not the exact kind they want anymore) Incidentally I used the same proof of age card to pick up a click and collect from jb hifi and prove my age to buy some beer just recently. Odd. S

o it's nice to know Vodafone is basically discriminatory against anyone who can't get a driver's license and doesn't want the business of people who didn't maintain a passport through covid and who doesn't just have the exact version of a proof of age card they want.

Absolutely pathetic policy and conduct from Vodafone.

Dealt with Timothy who was an absolute pleasure. Was very helpful with getting a new phone on a plan and also transferring a number from a different account onto my new one. Made the experience very straightforward after trying to do it online.

Spent over $3000 - Delt with Don, experienced poor customer service, attitude and even proceeded to tell me "It's common knowledge" that a phone charger is not part of the phone's we purchased. No Don, it's common knowledge that you should inform customers of all aspects prior to selling them goods.
He then advised me to go to the Apple store to buy a charger for a Samsung phone.
We left feeling we had wasted our money & time.
Having run a Harvey Norman franchise myself - I would suggest some serious improvement be a new focus for this individual or perhaps a career change.

We had two of the staff ignore us like they could see through us or maybe we were invisible to them. Yes, they had time to at least ask us to wait. One guy literally walked halfway to us, made eye contact, & turned around. Another one was kinda doing the same. Had to walk out saying “Why dont we get this online since nobody seems to be interested to serve us” to get noticed in the shop & guess what instantly as we walk out a staff goes & attends the white female behind us. Remember to be white before you go in if you want to be noticed or get good service. Good work, team. Bravo’

Poor and inefficient customer service.

Came in at 3.40 pm on a Sunday, all the staffs were busy, we had to wait 15 minutes just to put our name in the queue, 3 staffs were free at that point, but they wouldn't help us since there were another 6 people in the queue before us, we were told it will be about a half hour wait, so we went to the shop to wait, but they never called us. We came back at 4.50 pm to check 10 minutes before closing only to found out that they called the people before us but not us. Wasted more than an hour and not even a courtesy call, or a warning that they might not make it before closing time.

If this is not poor customer service then I don't know what is.

< OUTSTANDING customer service>

I came into the store, so tired of other telecommunication companies who just want to sell me things I don't need

I just wanting to get a modem for our home and other telecommunications store had been rather disappointing.

This young lady called "Lucy" was so wonderful I was so impressed and thankful for her sensational work and her professionalism! She even told me joked as I haven't laugh for so long!

I would like to thank Vodafone Highpoint for employing such wonderful, competent staff members that are so knowledgeable, caring and fantastic!

Thank you team Vodafone Highpoint!
Thank you Lucy for blessing my new life!

I will definitely be back soon after lock down to shop the phone plans Lucy suggested!

I want to say big thank you for absolutely great service from Jeffrey Wang. He is very professional, friendly, patient and very helpful. Will definitely come back to see him agein and would recommend it to my friends and everyone else.
And 2 months later have to update my review. I still will keep 5 star for Jeffrey’s service, but as company itself 2 stars, sorry. I been 2 months with Vodafone and all those 2 months has wrong billing and every time they come up with different answers. Would definitely not recommend this time.

Service is okay depending on the day, but for the most part there seems to be no system for queuing up. When it’s finally your turn to be helped, you’re greeted with impatience and it feels like they’re trying to rush you to get to the next person. I’ve had better experiences at other Vodafone stores.
