It says closes at 5pm and I rocked up at 4: 40 and it was shut! Very disappointing when you need a SIM card replaced and rushers get home after work.

This guy is THE most informative, friendly and helpful person that I know of. Any problems or if you need a new phone go to him. Wins my vote every time and I won't deal with anyone but him. Vodafone customer service of the year award goes to him.

One of the few shops left in St Kilda which is run by people who care enough to help you beyond the prepaid voucher. StKilda is lucky to have the twins.
Anyone one starring is a mental case.and does n't deserve good value service. In fact, all of the people in the arcade are good people.

Absolutely appalling attitude to the elderly. Will not go to that franchises. Racist and if your not a Lady don't go in. Sleezing on them and if your in your 60s you're immediately turned away.

This shop is run by a family, who have really high standards in service.
I have been going there for many years an I can thank the staff as they have been great to me for years. So please pop an hopefully enjoy there amazing service. Not long now till I return as need need of a phone.

Didn't want to set up my sim card, referred me to do it online even though it clearly says you can do it at the store. Poor service
