Staffs should be better trained. And future customers beware.

Went in store for a new Iphone plan, due to text message from Vodaphone claiming the old plan has finished.

A couple weeks later, received no bill in email, and $500 direct credit charged from account. Went in store, asked for the bill, found out apparently there was a $300 early plan exit fee, that the staffs did not warn us when we signed up, and so claimed there was a week left in the old plan. Pretty outrageous, and I'm in no hurry to get a new phone plan.

On top of this. Apparently we asked for an extra short one month plan of $55 in exchange for more data at the start of december, via phone call. We are unable to find the phone call history of us asking for the plan, so totally unsure what happened there. Very bizarre.

Lastly, according to the bill, there was an unknown number added to our family bundle. Nobody knows who this number belongs to, never occured to be present in previous bills. Maybe the staff members slipped one in there? Honestly a breach of privacy at this point.

Overall very unprofessional and bizarre experience from a young man who I don't know his name, on the day of signning our new phone plan. However I do have to note that some other staff members who helped us out another day, did do us a big favor in chasing back the credits of $355 to our account.

At the moment we having been have problems with Vodafone for the last 4 days if you ring Vodafone to Vodafone in some parts you can't get through as they are doing maitance you call them and the last update was yesterday 1st Dec it will be done by 8pm last night now we check again now shows by 8pm 2 Dec its been so frustrating maybe looking into going with telstra after contract expires

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and saved me money. What else could you want from a phone store. They even offered to set up the new phone I bought if I have trouble in spite of the fact that I purchased it from elsewhere and gave me a free new sim card when I said I had coverage issues on my old phone.

There is a boy called Caleb who works at the Grovedale store in the shopping centre who gave me fantastic customer service. He was very polite and helpful. He helped me even though i wasn't buying anything at the time. He saved me from loosing all my photos from the cloud. Thank you for you for you fantastic customer service.

Not much staff to customer ratio had to wait half an hour just to be seen, but once I was served the staff member was very nice and helpful

So I went to the this store at 6.45 and there store was shut even tho their opening hours are 7pm Thursday-Friday whats the point of having trading hours if your store stops trading when ever they like classic Vodafone

I went to shop today The lady was with other customer and one of them on the back room I was waiting for 20 minutes with 2 kids and she not even call other person to come and help when I was going to get the new phone and internet plan she told me we can't sell it to you as You don't have right documents
She not even check I was ask another place They said what to bring very clear They didn't help me at all bad worker and rude manger

The rude girls sent my blood pressure through the roof. I still remained calm but no wonder they have a sign on the counter saying " staff will not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour". So train or change your staff so then you won't need that sign like every other retailer in the centre.no brainer

Went to vodafone today to get a new mobile and plan, put my name on the list to get called the young chap who took my detail asked if I had my license, as I didn’t take it as I just lived around the corner came for a quick shop told him no which he replied then you can’t get anything signed as I need ID Which seems fair, I asked to put me down anyway so I can go through deals and if I was happy either would have gone got my ID cards or get my wife to get it, if it was for COVID reason my wife had ID On her which he again replied YOU CANNOT again! I told I have my PIN number to my account which anytime I call vodafone after giving that it’s all good and they would help with what you need, When he saw me upset he went as far as saying he doesn’t need to be spoken to this way! He was the one with attitude and disrespectful way of talking without any right info! I was extremely upset and asked:
so if I’m not going to buy this moment you won’t let me in which he replied yes! I angrily told him this is illegal and very bad business! And when I was telling back what he was saying he realised his stuff up and shut up and said will call you when your turn comes which he never did even though it was about 4 pm, the shop was open for another two hours at least and I saw clearly I was the only one on the list at the time, he was extremely rude and didn’t even apologised when he realised he was wrong and to top it up didn’t even call me for my appointment! I have my personal line with vodafone and my four other business lines with telstra, was looking to migrate them all to vodafone with new deals but with his attitude I think I still stick with telstra as I have never been so disrespected there as I was at vodafone today!

Very poor customer service and some of the staff members are highly unprofessional and rude while talking, they are just making false promises at the time of purchase but are not able to provide the services on time.
