26 Good service, and they solved my "space availability on mobile phone" problem where Vodafone Forest Hill Chase failed me with false intel.
Location is on Lower Level of what used to be called "Whitehorse Plaza" - the OTHER building; NOT the big one where the train station is. Just ask someone.
Terry is the best staff I ever met. He was very patient to me and my family members. Helped me went through the whole process side by side. I am very lucky to meet a professional.

I am not the one to write a review, however this experience was terrible.
We’ve been here a few times beforehand to purchase a phone & plan and pickup a phone. Mimi gave amazing service, was very patient and ran through the details carefully with us.
Unfortunately, this has been undermined by her awful coworker, Michelle. We came in to swap in an old phone, which we were notified we had until a certain date to do. We came in well before the date and she rejected the phone swap. She then goes ahead an argues with us after we explain the situation. We were short on time but were held in the store for an hour for a simple phone swap which we were told only takes 10 mins max. The issue was not resolved. What a waste of time.
She then goes on to say things like, “I’m only doing this for you because you are my customer, this isn’t part of my job”. It is part of your job Michelle, but go off! When we said we needed to leave soon for work, she starts arguing with us saying she is also short on time and she wanted to do it as quickly as possible to get rid of us. How unprofessional!
The average rating is way too high given the poor customer service and bad attitude towards their clients.
妈的,那个长得像朵拉的女工作人员,好像是谁欠他似的,非常不耐烦,我差点没忍住骂她,公司网络差的一批,起码把工作人员弄好吧?傻逼一个的女的。That female staff member has a very bad attitude. Her head looks like Dora's, and she has a mushroom head. She is very impatient. I almost couldn't help scolding her. Your Vodafone traffic signal is very poor, so I won't say anything. At least the staff member should recruit some good ones, right? I won't use Vodafone's package traffic in the future

This is the one in North wing which is horrible. Staffs are very rude. Don't want to answer questions and simply ignore customers. Don't like to explain and just say no.

Had several really bad customer experiences with this Box Hill Vodafone branch. The staffs there are always impatient and rush you through all the details even though there is no other customer waiting. They just seems to not care and wanted you to leave as soon as possible. Really bad experience, and because of them, i am changing my phone data supplier!
Hope the company can give serious reviews with the staff there as they don't seem to change!
The worst experience at customer service. The ladies in there have the worst attitude, do not solve problems and overall would recommend people not go to Vodafone. Worse phone company
Rude and unhelpful despite information on website stating one thing they wouldn't assist us with a client who needed new phone for security reasons.
Horrendous customer service - was greeted in Chinese and when I apologised that I don’t speak Chinese, the team member rolled her eyes behind her face mask - was asked if I had an appointment - told the team member that I didn’t and I just wanted to make a quick enquiry on home internet packages - the response was ‘refer to our website’

A female staff with glasses called Natalie is really bad-mannered and impatient to her customers. I simply wanted to sign-up for a new sim-only plan and she asked me rudely to repeat EVERY SINGLE DETAIL 4-5 times. I repeated the plan’s name for 4 times. Have no idea which part of my speech confused her as I had no problem communicating with other staff in the store. Don’t know how she got this job. Another guy named Wilson was very attentive and helpful. Thank you.
Don’t buy mobile phones on Vodafone. Other operators give things away, but they don’t give anything.
During Covid19, most stores are closed except this one, so I made a trip to Boxhill during work hours to close an account. These clowns told me that they won't see me unless I book by appointment and need to do it over the phone. The problem is you should say that on your website so I don't waste an hour coming to visit only to be turned back. I've called the number on the store and no one picked up, only to be told at the store to make an appointment via text on the same number. Great customer service!
Poor customer service and possibly the worst in any Vodafone store ever. I have visited the store Multiple times and even after waiting for more than half an hour every time they doesn't help the customers. They just give preference to Chinese customers and spend a lot of time with them and doesn't attend other customers. I don't even recommend visiting this store if you're not a Chinese
Went to Vodafone BoxHill Central needed my phone topped up. The freindly and prompt staff sorted out my needs. I highly recommend Vodafone for their Prompt response and service
