Used Vivid twice. First time all good. Second time some confusion at pick-up. Our product came out as not quite the agreed proof. Raised it with Bilal; after a couple of days they contacted us & the full agreed proof was shipped to us fairly promplty (although we didn’t pay freight the first time).
I guess the proof is; would I use them again? …. Absolutely.
Ordered as they advertised printing within 24 hours. Took 2 weeks to arrive and then had to order from another company. Bad experience
The media banner was fabulous and delivered in time. Just beware you can't change delivery address once ordered and courier delivery window is 24-48 hours. A great product and I wouldn't hesitate to reorder.
Ordered some custom mailer boxes for a PR program (with our own design) and received the order late, of poor quality (little to no score lines, impossible to neatly fold the box for use, resulting in poor closure and appearance) and with the incorrect print (printed on white cardboard instead of brown).
Requested a reprint of the order, confirming it on brown cardboard and after much back and forwards trying to navigate their customer service, received a second print, this time again misprinted on white, but also with the die line box markings printed on box. Enough was enough and we requested a refund. Thankfully this is the only positive part of this review, as they confirmed they would process this over the next few weeks. I will now go back to the drawing board and redesign a die line for a different supplier, putting our project back over a month.

They can't accommodate if you want to change your order from delivery to pick up even if the order hasn't been made yet. They said they cannot refund the delivery fee because they paid for the labels already which is fair, then after they promise you the date when you can pick up your order, they shipped the order accidentally then blame the system just trying to say its not their fault. POOR COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENT. From the replies on all the negative review, you can kind of see what attitude they having and always blame the machine/system for having errors. NOT A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY.
Received a pull up banner a few days after ordering but it was faulty, they had a new one to me within a few days, no problem at all. Great service and good quality product.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Two business days after submitting order and approving design on the same day, the status had not changed from order confirmed. I had no success with Josh on the phone when I tried to connect with the Sales Team, after two separate phone calls. He was "new to the job today" and no one was taking his calls or messages. He asked me to call a third time in 1 hr. When I asked for his manager's name (the Sales Manager) so I could send my email query, he said he didn't know their name and he'd find out. Then he hung up the call.
A highly unprofessional operation, with the zero phone support (an oxymoron) who refuses to help and hangs up on customers, no updated to the order status after several days even when you follow their process and timelines, and no one is willing to take a call because they're "all to busy", according to Josh.
I've requested a refund via email (let's see if they even respond!), will call our bank to reverse the payment and suggest no one does business with this company. Caveat Emptor!
I have ordered twice from this company. They are very bad quality feather flags- I definitely would not recommend them.
Had ordered 2 pull-up banners last Friday, waited for quote for 3 bussiness days, after getting quote, fully paid, designer sent email after 2 bussiness days, chasing up every day to get in contact with designer, who only responds for 2 email a day, I would strongly recommend who organisers events, Don’t choose vivid banners,

-high time delays
- never get in touch with clients
-poor organising team
- you will not get banners for event

WARNING do not buy from here! False advertising and do not delivery/ignore you when you want your money back. Ordered a “24 hour ready” item on Tuesday.still no item on Friday, and when I called to get my money back they said yes sure just email us and we’ll do it instantly. Still haven’t heard anything.
Never recommend. Very bad experience. Don’t spoil your event by visiting here. Poor service. Highly disappointed.
Worst response, not recommended, been waiting for the banners from last 6 working days, they just don’t care, they make your entire team upset, zero star organising skills for vivid banners
