Do NOT patronise this dishonest business. They don’t check over their work nor do they take accountability, leading to incorrect visas and a very, very traumatic customs experience on our holiday to Vietnam.

Steer way clear of this business. Such a shame as well since we’ve personally known this family business for 25+ years in the vietnamese community

IT'S LOCATED NEXT TO ST ALBANS SHOPPING. THEY DON'T PICK UP THE LANDLINE PHONE IF YOU CALL. I CALLED THEM VIA MOBILE NUMBER. I DID A VIETNAMESE VISA FOR 120$. IT'S ALL THE SAME PRICE FOR THAT VISA.
A WEEK LATER WHEN I DROPPED BY TO GET MY PASSPORT BACK, I SAID MYSELF I NEVER COME BACK THIS PLACE ANY MORE.
THEIR SERVICE WAS SO BAD. SMALL PLACE TO WAIT.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR NEARLY 30MINUTES TO GET MY PASSPORT BACK EVEN THEY HAVE 3 PP TO SERVE YOU
IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR ME TO BOOK UPCOMING TICKET.
I WON'T CHOOSE THIS SERVICE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.
IF YOU GUYS WANNA GET VIETNAMESE VISA JUST CHECK IT OUT. QUICK AND REASONABLE PRICE.

Do not patronise this place!
My family and I have been using vivi travel for visas for many years. We thought we could trust them to organise visas to Vietnam.

We were given incorrectly issued visas which vivi travel failed to see before giving it to us. Emergency vn visas were needed to be purchased at the Vietnam airport as a result of their mistake, we weren’t allowed into the country. The emergency visas were extortionately expensive but stressed and emotional, it was our only option.

Speaking to Vivi travel they have concluded that no refund or reimbursement is necessary because as their customer it is apparently your obligation to check over their work before heading off on your holiday. Linda from Vivi travel literally had the audacity to admit that she did the best that she could have done as my agent. What a joke

Such a shame because now I’m making sure that everyone in my family or community knows not to come here for any of their services. It honestly would have been more profitable to issue me my deserved refund as my whole family used to rely on you for visas to Vietnam but now I’m making sure that when the holidays come around they go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A VISA FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST.

With being the long Melbourne Cup weekend here in Melbourne, my wife received some bad news on Sunday that a family member overseas had passed away and wanting to fly ovesreas ASAP. Only problem, her Resident Return Visa (subclass 155) expired last year, my daughters child passport was also expired. It was a Sunday afternoon, a family member suggested to give ViVi Travel a call to see if they are open and help, they went above and beyond the call of duty to try their best to get my wife, my daughter and other family members to fly out on Melbourne Cup day (Tuesday). With their expert advise, I got all the required paperwork for my daughters child passport application, they also offer English document translation services as well which I needed as the most important death certificate needed translating to English, they also provided me with the flights bookings to submit with my daughters urgent child passport application. Made a call to the Passport department on the phone and made a booking to see them at the Passport office in Melbourne the next day on Monday. With all my paperwork in order, the Passport office reviewed my case and granted my daughters Passport application on the SPOT. Collected the new passport in a few hours, I quickly passed the details onto ViVi Travels who organised the VISA application for my daughter, that late afternoon, both my wife and daughters VISA was approved, along with other family members and they were ready to flow out the next morning. The professional service that ViVi Travel provided to myself and my other family members was above and beyond, keeping us in the loop along the way and was happy to answer any questions we threw at them. Service like these are pretty rare these days and I can assure you the service they provided for me is what you will receive if you decide to use ViVi Travels. Thanks again ViVi Travels for your help and support.
Added Notes:
Forgot to mention, their prices are very competitive to other places and also very affordable. Don't forget, cheap prices doesn't always mean good service, as the saying goes, you get what you paid for. Not this place, good prices with great services, I highly recommend this place.
