A few days ago I went to my appointment at vive after being recommended by a friend. I was quoted $300 and even though I thought it was fairly steep considering other prices in the area, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I wish I didn’t. The hairdressers I had were lovely throughout the appointment, however I was shocked when I got home to see the back of my hair. After paying $330, I was left with brassy, unblended, and poorly done hair. The foils were poorly applied, with a lot less fouls being used than I would usually have had in the past. I received numerous other hairdresser opinions on the outcome of my hair, all of which stated that my hair was not foiled correctly, the foils weren’t left on long enough, the hair wasn’t toned correctly, etc. I was offered to have the hair corrected, however I am unable to make it to the salon due to it being far away. Not only that, but it will cost me more money in fuel than it is worth. I also don’t trust the salon to repair the hair they damaged. I expressed all of these concerns and was treated poorly and dismissively by the person I direct messaged. I asked for a fair refund, where they offered me $31 for a $331 session. The salon made it obvious they did not care for the way they left my hair and would not offer me a fair reimbursement, considering the outcome. There is much more I have to say on this matter however I will refrain myself. Please consider looking at the photos I’ve left in the comments on my Facebook review and make the decision for yourself. They believe this to be a “great outcome for a first session”, however I have had MUCH better outcomes for far LESS cost. I tried to settle this privately but they haven’t responded to my messages: (

You need to stop deleting bad reviews, and start refunding people the money they deserve after you destroy their hair, and let them walk out of the salon without even seeing it.you have been named and shamed, own up to your mistakes.highly unprofessional and do not recommend unless you want to see your money down the drain.
