Viva kebabs and Grill l Melbourne

Ordered the chicken shish meal and a chicken doner kebab. The doner kebab was alright. But I would definitely not recommend the shish meal. I saw images of proper shish kebabs on both their website and other reviewers, but I got what looked to be factory prepared skewers that were grilled (similar to the Lilydale chicken breast skewers you would buy from Coles). The other issue with the meal was the dips. The carrot wasn't bad apart from the size, but the chilli "dip" was just chilli sauce. Overall quite a disappointing experience given the price and the false advertising (images presented online). Would not go back for a shish meal.

Great service and food. Best chips around by far, I live 20 minutes away and it's still worth the drive out.

The bloke behind the counter needs a calculator and a order book. I needed to correct the order when I got there as he forgot to cook the dim sims. I ordered 4 chicken kebabs 1 large chips and 5 dim sims. Their website states chicken kebabs are $13 ea, the dim sims are $1.50ea and large chips are $7each the total comes to $66.50 and was charged $75.00. I could tell he was frazzled doing basic math in his head so I let it run. If their product was amazing I wouldn't be writing this but they fell short with overcooking the chips, soggy kebabs, and under cooked dim sims. 1st time and last time customer.

The place was empty so I can't use the excuse of them being flat out.

Just a very ordinary experience.

Order 4 hsp’s large worth of 17$ each.
Not satisfactory with price, taste and as well as size.

I ordered a large HSP that came with no cheese, it specifically says on the deliveroo app that it comes with cheese, I complained to deliveroo and got a refund.
The next day (Today) the owner/manager called me to ask about the problem, I told him the issue and then he asked for my details and I told him to take it up with deliveroo, he then started to abuse me over the phone.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour - attached images for evidence you clowns, it says cheese on the description.

Ordered their HSP and Tabouli salad.
First, tabouli salad is charged 4 dollars on Ubereats but when you click it it's 6$
Second, HSP is so dry and it's lamb meat that's just sliced thinly, unlike the kebab meat that you normally get on your HSPs. After reading good reviews on how good food here, we are very disappointed.

The most disgusting food and poor customer service. I’ve ordered Adana kebab with rice, I got it with chips instead. Never order rubbish food from this disgusting place, ever again. Even when you call them to discuss the issue, you will get nowhere with the owner. Again ordered the same meal and Kebab was dry and disgusting. I always ask for extra bread and happy to pay for it no matter how much and I’ve told them so many times however they never send one with my order. I order minimum 3 to 4 times a week! Not any more my friend, now you’ve lost a regular customer! I take my money somewhere else.
