Something has to be said for the manner in which some members of this salon treat their clients.
One has to question the intentions of a 'professional' in the beauty industry, who highlights physical imperfections/ vulnerabilities of a client in a degrading manner as a means to up sell a service, especially when it isn't in line with the service requested by the client. It's unfortunate that my friend experienced this. What is more apalling, is how the matter was then handled when the issue was raised with the owner. To berate and belittle someone, as a means of keeping ones pride intact, speaks volumes about the kind of person running such an establishment. It's certainly not a place I'd chose to go to indulge in some self care.

My skin on a good day would be most peoples skin of their worst day. Although it's challenging having skin like mine the changes that I have seen over the years from the treatment and advice I have received has made a significant change in how I feel and I am a more confident person who is still learning to not to hide my face from others. I love the support, treatment and suggestions that I have received and for me it's a unique part of my routine where I can trust the team with the treatment and relax while enjoying some special time out.
