Well I’ve tried everything. Osteopaths massage therapists. Acupuncturists and some chiros that all they wanted was u in and out. I constantly searched for the cure of scatica and complete exhaustion.just by chance I heard of mark and elli and I said to myself I give it a shot. I've been attending Mark and Eli's clinic for about 9 months and I can't recommend Vitality Health and Wellness enough! They both have taken the time to make sure I understood what was and wasn't working with my body and how we were going to fix that over time and 9 months on I feel like a totally new person. They greet you each morning with a smile and make you feel like part of the family. Definitely pay them a visit if you've had ongoing/chronic pain!

I was about 16-17yo when I was diagnosed of having a mild scoliosis, since then I have been to a different health practitioners and did a lot of therapies and treatments which didn’t really helped me in terms of pain, posture, and energy. Eventually I stopped those treatments and since then I suffered of back and neck pains for years especially I work in a stressful environment which demands physical strength. There is one time that my headache and back pain is almost daily and I could not function well. I came across to Vitality Health & Wellness Chiropractic website and I read a lot of good reviews and gave it a try. Mark and Eli are expert and outstanding. The program they made to help my condition is amazing and and very effective. For years of suffering and trying a lot of therapies, this is the only effective and life changing for me. I am now more energetic and better than before. I would never go to any other treatment and would stick to their programs because I know it is the most effective. I can say that I am a living proof that chiropractic is truly and highly effective especially if performed by a very skilled and proficient like Mark. Where do I begin, I remember entering this great place like it was yesterday. The warm welcome
from both Mark and Elise already gave me a good feeling before I even started any treatment for my back with Mark. The pain I was in when I saw Mark and Elise for the first time was something I’ve never felt before. I was not able to get out of bed properly, I was dragging one leg while I was walking in public, and I wasn’t even able to bend over to tie my shoelaces properly. Mark has done an amazing job with me from the first day to this present day, and I have never felt better physically than now. I could never go anywhere else to get treated. Vitality Health & Wellness Chiropractic is like home for me; Mark & Elise are like family to me.

I’ve never posted a review before, but my experience at this place has had such a devastating impact on my health and my finances that I had to share.
I came to the place in Feb 2021 to try to resolve a persistent pain in my lower limbs which thought might be associated with my hips. In April 2021 I received such a violent adjustment on my back that I couldn’t breathe properly for weeks, had nerve irritation on my foot, and my thoracic spine became so tight and painful that even the slightest movement (such as doing a ‘cat cow’ or simply trying to turn slightly to the side) would cause me the sharpest chest pains. Despite refunding my payment, they never accepted responsibility for what happened. I have been in rehab since then, going 9 months now, but my back has never been - and who knows if it will ever be - the same. My mobility and functional capacity have significantly reduced, and I have spent many thousands of dollars since to manage my pain and restore my mobility. I am better now, but there is still a lot I can’t do now that I was able to do before (even simple things such as moving a pot plant). This experience is the single biggest regret I have in my life, and I have been in significantly more pain since.

Mark and Eli are amazingly caring and go beyond to help you get back on track. They changed the way i was looking at my injury and what Mark did is beyond words.
By far one of the best investments I’ve ever done to set myself up for good and long term benefits.
Cant recommend them enough and this will not be my last post or visit either. I see them as life/health partners and so should anyone who cares about their wellbeing.

Highly recommend this dynamic duo! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment both Mark and Eli were super friendly and welcoming.
