Ash is Sorceress, who treats you like a life sized voodoo doll and fills you with needles like a pin cushion. But then magic happens. And injuries heal. 5 months of Osteo and rehabilitation did nothing For a bursitis in my shoulder. 2 sessons with Ash and I had full range of motion back. There is probably a scientific explanation for it, but it's beyond my understanding.
