Poor service. First impressions count Domenic. I would expect you to know that in your line of work. First you didn't respond to my email which I attributed to perhaps being busy, we all mistakes however, so I reached out again. The final straw was when I was due for a consultation with you over the phone. Scheduled almost a week ago and you decided to email me almost 10 minutes into the expected call asking for my phone number. Very late notice!

I would have thought attention to detail was important and that you would have organised it long before the call. No apologies for being late to our scheduled call either, which didn't feel right to me. Honouring ones word is very important. If this is how a potential client is treated then why would I want to give you my personal business when it seemed there was a massive lack of empathy, care or attention to detail? No thank you, but I hope you treat your future clients with better care than what I was met with thus far

I absolutely HIGHLY recommend Dominic along with his professional service & knowledge. His products actually really helped me when I thought nothing else would! Domenic is incredible at what he does! Changed my life LITERALLY. I booked to see Domenic not knowing what to expect but I was hoping he would be able to help with my anxiety.
