6Sales team is far better than the actual support. We switched to Visits on several agreements to implement simple tech solutions (cloud storage, Office 365 and onsite support). They were only able to provide one-and-a-half of those and then weren't capable to handover to their replacement with phrases like "As part of handover, we weren't required to provide administrator access to computers". When we pointed out the clause in the contract where they were, they just refused to call back. There's cheaper & better in the market.

Visits have been our IT Service provider of choice for the past 6 years and in that time we have had consistency of the team looking after our account, genuine care and responsiveness in looking after our teams, and brilliant access, including after hours on the weekend.
