I had a positive experience at Vision Radiology in Thornbury. Communication has been excellent in person and via emails. Had a dating scan that was bulk billed. Previously went to the Coburg location and it didn't feel as professional and the communication felt rushed.

I had a very positive experience with Vision Radiology Thornbury. I needed quite an urgent xray done yesterday or today and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me in quickly. The staff were lovely when I went there. It was a very easy and efficient process. Thanks, Felicity

Pathetic customer service
I booked an appointment for Thursday and them called up and got it changed for Friday to which the receptionist confirmed my appointment for Friday. I got the confirmation message on Wednesday that your appointment is booked for Thursday. I called up the radiology to check with the appointment (which was scheduled for Friday) to which she responded that no slots for Friday are available. We had no other option but to go on Thursday for the scan. On Thursday, we got a few minutes late, we informed them, reached the radiology clinic and the receptionist denied to do my scan.
If they are making any mistake, then it's okay and customers have to suffer but if we made any mistake then also customers have to suffer. Both ways, we are responsible for everything. It was very rude and annoying.
Please try getting the confirmation on the day you schedule your appointment otherwise they would disagree with your calls/changes you made to the booking. The manager doesn't understand your situation at all. Whosoever manages all this, please train your staff and system to be reliable and trustworthy.

Poor bedside manner by a young man named Patrick. The most awful experience of my life. Do not recommend. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid this young man, he is very inexperienced and unprofessional.

Claudia is such a wonderful, efficient and friendly receptionist. Every time I have dealt with her in a personal or work capacity she is nothing but a delight.

Quick and friendly place. Claudia on reception is a gun. Absolute epitome of what a receptionist should be.

The team here is very professional, courteous, and patience. Definitely recommend this place for any radiology test you need to do.

The overall team (front desk, radiologist, Dr) are all very patience.
