Don’t answer their phone, don’t reply to emails. Utterly impossible to book an appointment!

Only giving two starts as the Lady who did the ultra sound wasn’t too bad as for the receptionist’s think they need to take a step off their pedal stool. They were extremely rude and impatient it was uncalled for. Don’t understand why these type of women work in the job they do when they don’t have half a brain for exceptional customer service speaking skills.

Medical staff are amazing. My procedure went very smoothly, every step was explained to me & I felt safe. Easy access with plenty of parking too.
Reception staff could improve. Having private conversations or talking about other patients very loudly.

Half an hr waiting on the phone, only to get hung up on. I have been trying to get a hold of someone now for over an hour and no one will answer the phone at all. It says on here that you're open.

The doctor and nurses were great. However i waited over 2 hours past my appointment time and never a word from reception. Very poor at sharing the fact they were way behind their times.

They are not respectful to people who have to travel from other towns, was 5 min late due to road work and still wouldn't do my procedure. Had to stress for another 2 weeks.

Went for a CT scan for my lower spine, quick and efficient service, extremely friendly.
Also was very warm inside which was perfect for winter.
The CT scan itself was smooth, quick and very easy.all in all, was in and out, only around 20mins / under for the wait and scan itself.
Would definitely return for any future needs

Disappointed with my recent visit to Vision Radiology, was not informed on phone when appointment was made that I was going to have to pay a fee of $140-00, not till I arrived for the said appt did I get this information! Not good enough. Reception staff quite rude, have attitude issues and need training in how to be pleasant regardless. Sonographer was lovely after a short while. Have no wish to be referred there again!

Had a excellent experience with my visit to Vision Radiology, the ladies are very friendly and I got seen in 2 days instead of 12 weeks at the base hospital. They had a student being trained which shows me they care about the future and I will be recommending them to all friends and family.

I have been there on 28/05/21 for ultrasound on my elbow. The guy who did my ultrasound was very rude and not professional. He asked me where the pain is and when I was trying to explain where I have most pain, he said I got a report from doctor and it says where the pain and he know what to do. He got angry with no reason. I left a written complaint at the reception.
The staff at the reception is helpful and good.

Sadly, us locals have lost our Post Office however.having a new Radiology so close is a blessing.
Previously; I had to travel to a radiologist in Howitt St, over 3 years with unpleasant welcoming experiences everytime.
Vision Radiology (Sebastopol) is a professional outfit with extremely proficient and smiling friendly faces (Kristy and Maddy) to assist with my every need.
The professional specialists staff also made me feel at ease whilst providing a wonderful service. Matthew White
